This was a great experience for me and kids to relax and enjoy a vacation away from home. The beds were great! We all slept well and had a good night. Then we all took a shower and it started to make a weird sound but then stopped. The location was great and everything was just so close to get too. Overall this hotel is great! Recommend coming here!

I paid fully online at lunch time and reach here 9 pm. They refused to let me check in because they need my credit card!!!!
And then they say they just will keep your card number.

1, I paid online already full amount, why you need my credit card?
2, they say if there is any damage, they will charge you. Congratulations guys! All of you! Your credit card numbers are kept by the hotel. Please check if they charge you already without any notification.

I think their terms say that they can charge if there is any damage. But they actually keep all your personal information first like credit card.

The location of this Quality Inn in Winslow AZ was good(a block or two off the interstate). The room was clean and looked decent and the bed was comfortable. That’s all this place has going for it. I would probably give this place negative stars if I could. Was not happy with this location at all. Everything in the place either didn’t work or didn’t work as it was supposed to. Turned on the tv and couldn’t get any channels as soon as we tried to scroll through channels. When I went to take a shower in the morning and the water was cold as well as the pipes making a whistling or screeching sound the whole time the shower was on. This woke up my wife who tried to call the front desk but the phone wasn’t working so she had to look up the hotel on her cell phone and try to call. The front desk person informed her that it took about 10 minutes or so for the water to warm up and sometimes you had to find the sweet spot to get the warmest water. It seemed more like thirty minutes to us. When I was leaving I saw a gentleman who I thought was checking in so wanted to warn him about the cold water situation and he informed me that another guest had already told him about it not being a great place to stay. I’ve stayed in rooms that cost half as much and been much happier with my stay. Would not recommend!

Traveling east to west and planning to stay one night in November, my spouse became unexpectedly ill and we had to stay 4 nights instead. The staff was exceptional, the manager professional & kind and engaged. Housekeepers were excellent. Everything clean and kind and affordable. We recommend this high quality Inn without reservation.

As you can tell from the picture, this is a Quality Inn, not an Econolodge (same parent company). I believe there is an Econolodge elsewhere in Winslow, but the property at 2035 West Third St. is a Quality Inn. Anyway, I truly cannot understand the poor reviews I read elsewhere. This place is clean, with well-lit interior corridors and secure entrances (key card entry). The room had plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and decent lighting. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was similar to other Choice hotel brand offerings: hot waffles, sausage/egg breakfast burritos, yogurt, milk, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, orange and apple juice, etc. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained. We slept well and checked out with full tummies. Would definitely recommend -- Good value for the price.||One thing to note: while we were checking in, a gentleman approached the front desk for help with his TV. Apparently, he was having trouble getting a signal, but it turned out that all he needed to do was use the remote to make sure the TV was on the correct input setting. Haven't run across that in other hotel/motel stays, and we didn't have any issue with the TV in our room. Just thought I'd mention it, in case anyone else has the same issue.

Room smelled like cleaner to the point I couldn’t sleep got a terrible headache. Should have known something was up when they removed the air purifier. Almost no hot water & yet they charged full price.

Called and the front desk held our room without having to fumble and look for a credit card. Easy parking. Clean, comfortable room. Incredibly reasonable rates.
There is a coin washer and dryer on site. Very reasonable. Also, a fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights is available as well.
