Are you getting tired? Driving from the north location or going to Portland. This is a easy off the freeway. Plus, if the season is right, the golf course looks pretty nice. Only food very close is a local bar food. Rooms are what you would expect for a typical haven't been updated in 10 or 15 years. But the price reflects. Other than a hot tub, this has a better price than the other choice hotel on the south end of hermiston

My main complaint is that the room cleaning lady didn't ķnock (or didn't knock loud enough for us to hear even right next to the door, inside the bathroom with that door wide open). A cleaning lady unlocked & opened our door without our acknowledgment & response around 9AM. My husband was getting undressed to get into the shower as I was gathering our laundry to haul to their laundry room to get washed when our room door swung wide opened! I dropped our laundry bag & rushed to block the view of my man getting undressed to hop into the shower! She told me that we needed a card on our door to avoid that from happening! We had another night booked in advance, so I'm shocked that they were clueless to that info & managed to open our locked door after only one of two nights rented! They should not be able to unlock our doors like that & have the ability to run into people indisposed like this! I'm very angry about this issue, making us very uncomfortable about our privacy being breached! If people are renting more than one night, hotel staff needs to be informed not to disturb those rooms until after they check out - unless they call for room services themselves!! Most people do not even mess with the door cards because they're too tired to think of that & just trying to get cleaned up & well rested before going back out on their long work days/ nights.

Great room. There are no elevators in this hotel though. Staff were all friendly and were constantly making sure the coffee pots were full. Breakfast had waffles, bread, bagels, potatoes, and eggs. No meat. Apple and orange juice and cereal.

My room (111) also had an extra sink in the bedroom area.

I didn't have a tv remote but the tv has a button to turn it on and change input (if you're bringing a gaming console), otherwise I never tried to change the channels. The wifi was definitely good enough to game on.

Quality? Nope.
House keeping left the door open, breakfast room was not attended and out of coffee as well as milk for cereal, juice machine was empty so they left sunny D and apple juice out on the counter. No one was at the front desk for 10+minutes when checking out. Over all "quality inn" disappoints yet again

Michael at the front desk was Awesome! Also, the general manager was very helpful. Michael bent over backwards to help us! What a gem of an employee! Great stay. Huge, comfortable room! Very convenient location! Thank you! I would highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet location!

I used to LOVE this hotel. We work nights and they accommodated workers. They were always amazing! This time we called and talked to the boy on the night shift. Explained that we would need the room from the time we checked in (1:30/2:00 AM) until 5 PM. The night kid said that his computer was having issues but that he would leave a message for the day shift manager so they could fix it and we could stay until 5PM as long as we checked in before 4 AM. We did all of the above… The alleged manager (not from the US basically called us a liar and told us to get out. I went down to talk to him and the beautiful lady at the front desk. He doesn’t have good listening skills because you can’t get a word in because he interrupts every couple of words. I asked him to look in his notes to see what the kids wrote. I also managed to ask how he was going to fix the issue. He said get out now and I’ll give you 50% back. Let me see… we were told the room with the VETERAN discount was $149.00. The manager charged $149.60 plus $2.69 state tax plus $5.24 City/County tax plus $2.00 occupancy tax plus a pet fee (for a registered service animal with legal paperwork) plus another .27 state tax. Then credited $70.00 and added more City/County tax, Occupancy Tax, State tax and pet charge again… LORD save us!! Grand total 101.09 We won’t stay there again

For Seniors - NO ELEVATOR. Check prior to get a lower floor room. Away from the more costly places nearby, attached to the golf course. Columbia river view in walking distance. Restaurant on site was a plus. Breakfast was basic, but it filled the stomach for the days trip. Fuel 2 blocks away. Herminston an easy 10 minute drive for all other things. Easy access from freeway.

When we walked in our room we could immediately smell a weird stench in our room and tried to play it off as maybe the cleaning products they use? as we sat in here longer we opened the door to get fresh air and the smell got worse smells like sweaty and musty . As we were getting under the covers we found huge food crumbs and we had NO FOOD. barely any towels and the pillows are extremely small. Now doubting if they even cleaned our bed at all and if it’s even sanitary to sleep in it . the walls have stains all over them. And almost everything in the room has some sort of stain. as well as the mirrors behind the tv? How dumb can you be . the sink had a huge black stain in it as well. DO NOT STAY HERE disgusting and not even worth a penny
