If you expect what's advertised for the price you pay and just some general common courtesy, this is not your place.
Checked in after hours, the guy at the window was short and rude. Provided no general information or "Welcome"
After turning in for the night, it wasn't completely dark. There was at least a 1-inch gap around the ENTIRE door. I could stick my adult hand under the door!
This sink was clogged and took about 15 minutes to drain.
We didn't want maid service because I have a disabled, special needs child. (By the way, there is only 1 handicapped accessible room with 1 King bed. We had to request a regular ground floor room)
We would kindly, step outside the room when they were passing by to ask for towels. They refused to give us any until we went back in and got the towels we had used to give to them right then. They didn't ask what we needed, you got the exact thing you had just returned to them.
"Hot breakfast" was coffee and waffle BATTER that you had to cook yourself in their waffle maker.
There was a drink machine but it had a note on it that said they weren't cold and you could go get some ice from another location.
Don't think we'll be staying here again.

CHOISE HOTEL -that's a LIE.
We got a discounted rate for being a member and the Quality Inn PENALIZED us for the cheaper rate by giving us THE WORST ROOM THEY HAD!
16 stairs up and 16 down, NO ELEVATOR.
The Bed spread have gross Stains on it to the point I went to the front desk and complained and got a different on.
That night the lady wasn't there or I suppose I would have had to drag it down 16 stairs and exchange it!
The comforter had whole and rips in it
Very noisy, owner/ woman at desk on weekend of 10-12-24 was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 2 bath towels for 2 people, so I asked if I may have 2 more towels so we can dry our hair. She say return the towels and I'll give you 2 towels. I said you don't understand we would just like 2 extra towels for our hair
She said you have to give your dirty towels and I will give you 2. I ended up arguing with her and she finally begrudgingly gave me 2 towels.
NO BREAKFAST FOR DIABETICS.
Sugar cereal, muffins,waffles, yogurt.
No bagels or cream cheese.
$80 for Friday, $160 for Saturday, $160 for Sunday, upcharged us because of vintage weekend , discussing. Should be brought up on GOUGING CHARGES!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

They tried to call me while we were flying into BHM, and when they couldn't get ahold of me at 30,000 ft, they decided it would be a good idea to CANCEL our reservation and give someone else the room and not even leave me a message saying that we had nowhere to stay. What's the point in a reservation if you arrive and have no room? The employee who answered the phone sounded like he was asleep or drunk, would not do anything to help us, and hung up on us when we asked for the manager. I have never been treated this way by a hotel before. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

If a hotel is going to advertise non-smoking rooms, they need to make sure they are smoke free. Both bed spreads had cigarette holes in them. There were cigarette burns on the edge of the bath tub. The walls were dirty. There were leak stains on the ceiling. The outlet cover was hanging loose over a cord. We had to wash all our clothing because it picked up the cigarette odor.
Quality Inn hotels usually have a full breakfast. This had one waffle maker, yogurt, two sugar filled cereal choices, pre-packaged muffins and white bread slices. The orange juice was very tart. The fridge had rust in it. The public bathroom was out of order.
Very disappointing stay.

Beds like sleeping on concrete, pool was dingy nasty looking, shower head made high pitched squeel, only 2 towels for 3 people and couldn't get any extra because housekeeping locks the extras up, the hot breakfast is a joke, my dog eats better. Making your own waffles, 2 choices of cereal, or muffin, watered down coffee and orange juice. Sorry excuse for a hotel. Embarrassed reserving this place for my family.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this motel; it was clean, comfortable and for the price, very adequate. The people who run it are outstanding.

The night person went far away and above the call of duty. My gold necklace slipped out of my fingers and dropped down the sink drain. I was in a panic and went to the front desk to see what could be done. It was in the crook of the drain. First he said nothing could be done…but seeing my pleading and crying, he went with me to my room, unscrewed the pvc plumbing, and managed to retrieve my necklace. He cleaned up the area, and let me hug him in gratitude. This man deserves not only a gold star but a raise.

Thank you for a clean comfortable place to rest my head.

A stones throw to the interstate. David was great, helped me out with all I needed, I felt I was nagging but he was so helpful and made thing so easy for me. He really knows the are and how to help a stressed out traveler who was so lost. clean room, great bed. I'd not have even made it to check in because I blotched my booking but David fixed it fast and help me make a 2day unexpected stay awesome!! Thank You DAVID!!! I owe you.!

Fridge didn't work and when I told the guy at the front desk he just blew it off like it wasn't a big deal but when you advertise a fridge and I'm paying over $100 for a nights stay I expect to get what's advertised
