Positive: The staff are terrific, Friendly, very competent. Veyclean. Had power outage. The staff met the situation very well. Unusual situation that the power outage lasted 3 days. I checked out the first night and receicved refund for the days no power. Negative: Only issue is with the ca guv management of the state that caused the power issue. This is not the fault of the hotel.

We checked in back in Aug 2024 for the birth of Great Granddaughter. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpfully. Our room was very clean and the beds were great, we slept like babies. It was an awesome stay and we felt safe. When we get to come back we will book our room here again.

Checked in on Tuesday Nov 5th. about 11pm. Was just an overnight stay but I must say the guy at the front desk was great. The room was super clean and I slept like a baby. I never really feel comfortable staying anywhere but home and find it difficult to sleep but everything was top shelf. Outstanding customer service from the front desk. Wish I could remember his name. First time I have been to Temecula and I am overwhelmed at how nice and comforting every person I came in contact with on my short stay in this city. Wish I could have stayed longer.

You get what you pay for. I was happy with my room. Was it a 5 star room no. It was however 5 stars for the price. Clean, felt safe and pretty quiet.

BAD: Wifi is HORRIBLE strength (-2 stars), literally unusable for a good chunk of the day and completely drops a few times a day for 10-30minutes at a time. Constantly streams fox news in lobby/breakfast room - i don't mind people having their own political views but that is objectively an extreme point on the political spectrum - stream a news channel that is middle of the road, don't assume everyone is alt-right (-1 star)
GOOD: rooms are solid quality for price, everything works (not usually the case for sub $120/night rooms), staff is GREAT - SUPER nice, solid breakfast spread for this price range hotel (not healthy at all, no veggies, but no american hotel breakfast is unless you're paying $300+ a night, so i still count this under good for this hotel for what you pay for, for sure).

Positive: Nice breakfast, nice staff. Over all was nice Negative: First thing, who ever designed the Handicapped parking on a hump, was crazy, should be flat or level.Second thing. the timing of the elevator doors. Being on a mobility scoot in or out of the elevator is not easy and the doors kept closing within 10 sec

Easy to access from the freeway. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean. Comfy beds. Very tasty free breakfast with lots of options. Only downside was that the room and bathroom lights are automated and turn off often. It was inconvenient because I was working and had to get up often to turn them back on.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The first room had a clogged sink, milk left in the fridge, some dark oily substance dripped on the floor near the fridge and bathroom. The tub and bathroom floor had hair in it. Front desk said they would sent maintenance to fix the sink the next morning at 9. We came back to the room at 9 pm and the sink was not fixed at all, so we were switched rooms. The second room had filthy floors, hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor and a bunch of ants! The third day the power went out for several hours while we were finishing up breakfast, and someone was stuck in the elevator that whole time. The fire department could barely get the person out after the front desk attempted to, I'm not sure how this passed inspection. That same evening we asked for towels at the desk and the front desk told me he couldn't waste giving me towels when they're fully booked, and said I needed to call housekeeping next time because they don't automatically service the rooms (this was after waiting for him trying to finish eating his food); however, the day prior and without request, housekeeping knocked on our door to service and offer more towels. So this was very confusing. The breezeways, ice machines and gutters (seen from second floor) were absolutely filthy. I don't know how such a hotel could exist in such a nice area. This whole building needs to be re-constructed with all new everything. The fixtures were old, worn and rusty. The shower curtains are dirty/moldy at the bottom, and the beds squeak with paper thin walls. We could hear everything our lovely neighbors were doing. I would have expected a much better stay for the price we paid.

Convenient location as it is a short drive to the wineries. We were here for a wedding, and it was a good place since it is off the freeway.

They offer complimentary breakfast which was nice.

The room was a bit dirty and a noticeable smell to it. Our showers didn’t drain when we took a shower too which made us feel uneasy.

This is an okay option for affordablility and a quick stay.

Positive: The staff. The gentleman who handled my check-in was great! Very helpful! Negative: Yes. There was no clock and no USB port. The hotel is older, but these conveniences have nothing to do with age. It seems the owner or management isn't interested in addressing these issues. I also had problems with the wifi while there.
