Booked this hotel last minute due to car trouble on a road trip. Staff were extremely friendly. I cannot understate how kind they were. The room is pretty good for the price.

Most of the downsides arise from the amenities. The elevator was broken when I was there and the AC seemed to not work in the hallways. The pool was honestly kind of gross. The free breakfast was mediocre, but for a place that I needed to crash at last minute it was very well worth the price.

The hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The pool was great! The housekeeping staff was quick and made cleanliness a priority! Andy had great customer service and made me feel at home! Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay! The room was good, and I got a nice rest. I arrived without a booking during a layover at Atlanta Airport, but Andre at reception was super helpful and sorted everything smoothly. The only issue was the shuttle driver not showing up in the morning, but Andre quickly arranged an Uber for me at no cost. Appreciate the great service!

Great customer service all the front desk were super helpful and very pleasant to talk to, they immediately helped with any issues. Andy was a great guy to have conversations with and made the stay super welcoming. Breakfast was eh not a lot of options and the options didn’t seem to good but blessed there was abundance of it ate it and nothing happened to me it’s just meh quality and the rooms are just so so there was a lot dust and stuff on the sheets and stains, but the beds and pillows are comfortable and the other guests are very quiet. there was no amenities in the bathroom besides a small thing of conditioner. some more investments towards housekeeping and food would make the stay so much better! but overall not bad wonderful prices and near a lot of food and distant to down town isn’t bad either.

Stayed overnight for airport shuttle. Overall hotel could use some touch up paint in rooms and hallways. Good sleep, very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Neutral colors and updated furniture. Many restraunts and shopping nearby. Reliable shuttle service to/from airport.

Positive: There was heat. The room was spacious. Since the 4th floor was noisy, I think I'll ask for a room change next time. My fault, but not my fault. Negative: The remote to the TV didn't always work. The other guests were LOUD. I believe they had resident families on the fourth floor with crying babies every night and loud children. Breakfast was not good

When checking in, there was a lady wanting a refund throwing a fit. I could not understand why. Today I understand the free breakfast!!! Ha Ha, I went down at 8am they had no eggs, sausage, or gravy. No waffle mix it was empty, So you got toast or cereal when asking the clerk at the front desk whether or not he was going to replenish the buffet he became angry saying I've replenish it 4 times already and it's now 8:15am I was shocked but that's what REVIEWS are forwhen he did replenish everything was still cold i had to microwave everything for an extra few minutes I like Quality Inns but this one SUCKS and the night time front desk person is much more professional and nice than the guy in the morning he just has a real bad attitude and seams like he hates everyone i would not recommend this place to anyone. Also they had shut of the water at some point during the early evening and the power was like they keep shutting off breakers during the night and early morning resetting them or whatever was happening I for one am not impressed......

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Union Cirty! Clean room and comfortable, friendly staff, great hot continental breakfast in the morning and a heated indoor swimming pool. Great 3 night stay and would stay again!
