Price isn't worth it.

Trust me. It's worth a $60 stay it's that kind of "hotel". You are seriously better off at a motel. It's cheap, broken disguised in fresh white paint.

The "free" breakfast doesn't get restocked from 6 till 10. Stuff runs out at about 7am. Once they are gone they are gone.

The laundry is dirty and outside and it's like $3.50 a load!

The pool was closed but once I asked about it, they were willing to let us in.

As you can see by my photos, the floor wasn't cleaned. The white socks were fresh new ones that were only used in the room. I took a shower, with very little towels they gave for a two bedroom booking. Thin ass soap was a plus. You get two!

Tried to iron my "fancy" clothes. The iron stained it!

The staff give the bottom of the required work ethic.

We not be going here again and will NOT be recommending. What is up with the $100 safety deposit?..

Ghetto, but with a price that feels like a scam.

Good things about it. The location is nice. Overall rate from 1-10 10 being amazing and being 1 if I will come here again. I will rate a 2 and will ONLY come back if a zombie infection occurred.

What a breath of fresh air in the void that is Main and Gilbert. I have unfortunately had to stay at the Motel 6 that's almost directly across the street that charges almost the same rates and there is no comparison. Quality Inn & suites have huge comfy beds, the rooms are super clean, and they focus on sustainability. Spend a couple bucks more and go for Quality Inn and Suites, not Motel 6.

We needed a place to crash for one night. Unfortunately a big golf open raised all of the hotels prices in the area. Surge pricing was adjusted for that event.
Quality Inn you get what you get. A room , a bed for sleeping, and a working shower. Not the forget, the pool was actually nice. Big plus was the desk had pleasant people. One girl was getting off shift to go home and study still making sure not to just hand me off to the on coming shift. Another gal from Louisiana made sure our needs had been met as we came in for breakfast.

Good experience overall at that price point.

Booked this because it was supposedly the best value in the area since we were visiting relatives. Check in was not smooth and when we finally got our room, it was in the back. Room was dated, as many of these properties are, especially in the bathroom. Tub was not for to have a bath in and the shower was made for a person 5' tall. Room also had a musty smell.Saturday night was a party night with the carousing going on until well after midnight. Sorry, there has to be better choices...

The young gal at the desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and very clean. There is a bit of traffic and train noise. I've stayed in a lot of places in this price range over the last few years, and this was one of the best.

Was not expecting much so was pleasantly surprised. Room was nice and clean, everything worked. They put me toward the back away from the busy road so it was quiet. Not the greatest neighborhood, but I walked around with no problems. Would stay again.

The front desk staff was very pleasant friendly professional and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Nice hardwood floors. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh bagels toast and waffles and little mini egg frittatas with cheese were delicious.! The only concern I had was staying alone with external entrances but the doors were well secure with heavy locks. I would give this hotel 5 stars it weren’t for the external entrances . I would definitely stay at this hotel property again.

The room was clean and was conveniently located for our needs. The breakfast offerings were good. We weren’t able to get hot water for our showers, but tepid water wasn’t bad. I’d stay here again.
