We have stayed here many times in the past and things were satisfactory. But this stay was terrible House keeping didn't remove the trash from our room or bring fresh clean towels. The hot breakfast was a joke. We waited 40minutes for scrambled eggs. The gravy was more like gravy colored water. The chairs in the dining area were torn tattered and nasty. The walls were dirty. Yes walls by trash can do get dirty but you wash them off. There was not any type of meat on the breakfast buffet. The grounds had trash the same trash that was there on Sunday was still there on Tuesday. The pool and spa were not working. I would not recommend staying here. I don't know what happened this used to be a very good place to stay. On Monday the cleaning lady came in the front door then had breakfast. The only friendly staff I came across was the desk guy that worked on Monday evening.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The heater was a problem. It either kept heating or you had to turn it off. Wouldn't have been so much a problem but the bed was short sheeted. Spoke with the housekeeping supervisor. She said Quality Inn requires it made that way so it will be pretty! So check in then remake the bed so you can be comfortable!? How stupid.

What a dump.
Heavily outdated, hard old spring beads that provide no comfort, room smelled musty and old. We chose this as we needed a single night and looking for an indoor pool for the kids.
Pool was shut down for maintenance and from the looks was just simply broken with no intention of fixing. Also looked heavily aged as well.
Bathrooms were very poor and looked to be built or maintained by a do it yourself owner or a under qualified maintenance person..... Very likely one in the same.

Fun times as the room flooded during a rainstorm, with about 1 and a half inches of standing water in the room.

I was kind of glad as I had been moved to a new room in hopes that it was better..... Not a chance, same story different floor.

Breakfast was fine, typical eggs bacon and waffles setup, no complaints and what was expected.

Staff was friendly, no concerns there.
There are two hotels that are a bit more expensive to the left and right side, I would recommend having a look at them first.

Rooms and hotel is dirty. Needs a lot of work. Reasonable rates. The first room we checked into had not been cleaned. The second room smells like smoke and it must be a smoking room. Front desk woman was very nice and apologetic for the dirty room. She moved us to another room right away. Pool looks to be under construction and also carpentry work is very sketchy.

Update. The 2nd room we moved to had a leaking toilet and water went all over. We got moved to a third room where the toilet was doing the same thing. The maintenance guy was very kind and fixed our toilet. This hotel needs some major upgrades. I wouldn't recommend staying here until these basic maintenance updates are finished. Sketchy and unclean.

I give this place -5 stars.... employees lounging in the lobby, watching TV, playing on cellphone.....all the while, there's trash in the parking lot, trash in the grass, trash in the stairwells, trash in the hallway. I saw a mouse in my room last night, had to wash all my clothes.... still have a mouse turd on the lamp stand, after they were supposed to clean the room. Ridiculous to have to put up with this. I am going to contact the local better business bureau and let them know about how bad it really is. Even the ice machine on the first floor doesn't work, asked about it and I got a "sorry"......

This place is having some either ownership or management issues, probably both! We stayed there on Our way to Texas and the place has serious cleanliness and lack of maintenance issues. There was a foul odor the minute we walked in the front door, no ice on any floor and no milk at breakfast, but cleanliness and maintenance are the main problems.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Owner needs to spend some money. We were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, beds unmade and food on the beds, 2nd room was worse, flooding toilet

Stayed in room 218.
The room is dirty. Footsteps mark in the bathroom. TV is tiny and not working. Phone not working. The rug on the floor is ancient.
Had worse experience.
