Overall, a nice hotel for a stay. This hotel has some of the friendliest and most accompanying staff! I stayed here for a month for work, and they have been amazing. The lobby has been updated and is looking really nice, however the rooms are still a bit outdated, and because of this, not the most clean. But, if you ask the front desk, they are so quick to help out and get your room to your liking! They also have a bar and music on the weekends that’s fun to be at!

I don't usually write reviews but I always check them before I choose a hotel for the night. After reading some poor reviews for this hotel I was hesitant but I decided to check it out anyway. I travel alot and have never been disappointed with staying at Quality Inns. I asked to see a room first. It was fine. I asked for a room facing the parking lot and it was clean, comfortable, spacious and a good shower. Towels were brand new and the breakfast was great. All the staff were very busy but also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Room appeared nice and clean until it was time to go to sleep, and realised I was sharing my pillow with a cockroach. Room door had a 1” gap at the bottom. Woken by loud roadworks on hotel’s parking lot just before 7am. Rooms dated but serviceable. Breakfast was fine. Hotel needs to urgently work on cleanliness and maintenance.

Unusually large room and excellent shower & bathroom. Breakfast decent. Facility well maintained. Close to Winter Festival. Good price. Negatives were lack of washcloths and hand towels on arrival (had to request) and non-functioning microwave oven (light on and platter rotated but food not heated).

The lobby is open and modern. Looks right into a very open and welcoming lounge. The front desk receptionist was friendly and very accommodating, in fact all the staff were. This is an average hotel with great amenities and probably worth the price, but it could use improvements in the rooms.

Initial thoughts on the hotel were nice when we walk in to the lobby. Place with attractive and clean. Swimming pool was being used and also clean. They had a restaurant that looked nice and clean. Some people said the food was good although we did not eat there. Parking lot had plenty of space and you could park outside your room in our case. When I came into my room thought it was nice as well very large big bed fairly clean and it was the one of the better prices in Havasu and $90 however that's pretty much the end of it for good review. The walls were thin as paper. I could hear toilets flushing from above me and all around me.. I was even able to hear my neighbor peeing. My brother's room had a very strong smell of sewage and the bathtub shower curtain was not big enough for the shower so water got all over the floor. Long story short it seems like they spend a lot of money to make the lobby look nice and the hotel room themselves must be older and rather than fixing them they just dressed them up. But we were just staying here for one night while doing the Arizona peace Trail. But if you can deal with stuff like this then I guess it's doable. Would I stay here again? Yes if I'm doing something like the peace Trail and just need a place to sleep. If I was looking for a nice place to stay and bring in my family absolutely not. Have absolutely zero expectations of privacy, every conversation every fart will be heard by your neighbors and you will hear theirs

Friendly service at the front desk check-in. We had a king bed room which I thought was larger than other hotels I've stayed at. The Quality Inn was located in a great area of town that made getting to where we needed to go easy. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The accommodations were comfortable. The room was spacious. Furniture was dated but functional. Internet worked good. Breakfast was good. Beds were good and the shower was good as well. Location was central to everything. Would stay again
