It wasn't a terrible stay, but the only downside is that there is no Elevator and the Toilet and TV did not work that well. And wish there could have been some kind of meat in the complimentary breakfast. But the staff was Super Friendly and did make effort to help Me. I might return again

I came in on a business trip and stayed one night. The front desk lady that check me in was nice. But the crazy part was at 1:30 am the dude that worked the front desk came in my room while I was sleeping woke me up out of dead sleep with a flash light shining in my eyes. Wanting to conform who I was because supposedly in his system it showed I check in but check out. After scaring the hell out of me and I told him who I was and worked for he said oh ok the system has an error but your good told me to go back to sleep and walked out. He says people sneak in a sleep there for free when rooms aren’t check out. Which I bought my room and all. This was the weirdest hotel experience I have ever had. If you don’t mind random people waking you up in the middle of the night stay at this hotel. I recommend put the latch over the door I always do but I got in late and was tired I showered and went to bed. I won’t make that mistake again forgetting to put the latch over the door. He scared the hell out of me and made me feel very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep well after that. I stay in hotel all time and I have never had a front desk person wake you up to confirm it’s really you then telling you are good to go back to sleep then leave. Sounds crazy but this weird activity happened. Never forget to put the latch over the door.

This place was a god-send! Broke down during the winter storm/blizzard. Ended up staying here and their employees were the best! Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and understanding of everything we were going through. This place will forever have a place in my heart! 5/5!

Booked the room using my American Airline points for my wife and kids, to have a spot to stay while at the Rascal Flats concert on the 22nd of Feb. Besides the abundance of mold, the weed smell from the front office worker, the stained sheets this was a terrible experience for my family. The bugs in the room, the light fixtures falling off the ceiling. I've stayed at loads of hotels in the past 25 years traveling for work and this has to be by far the worst if encountered. Shame on the owners, and employees for thinking this is up to any type of standard.

One of the few places in town with a room when we came in a friday close to midnight.

The room was a bit musty with stained carpet (in case that is a deal breaker for you), but the beds seemed clean, the fan worked fine, and the price was right.

Staff was helpful and pleasant, and there was breakfast included.
We had a pleasant stay.

I was double charged for my room in a Friday. Was told I was getting my refund that night and here it is Sunday and nobody has looked into it! Friday I was told that night or Saturday morning. Saturday I was told by Saturday night. Now it’s Sunday and the desk agent says the manager wasn’t coming in and she don’t know when she’s coming back!!! Like really! So if you pay ahead of time and you get to THIS hotel and they ask for another card, make sure to lock your card! Oh and mind you our tv didn’t work then we had to wait on the desk clerk to finish checking in all of Oklahoma to come fix it with an attitude!!!! Dogs running around the lobby! I wasn’t gonna leave a review until they played with my money!

If quality is what you're looking for and on a budget, I can't say that Quality Inn would be the best place to stay

The crew and I came to stay overnight, as we had to work in durant, so we got a suite since they're sweet has two queens and a pull out couch bed call my perfect for three guys who are working on the road

I can't say the price was that great or that bad. For around $135 you got just that, a room with a bathroom, we didn't turn the TV on to see if it worked, but I'm sure it does. If you need an elevator, there's no elevators, stair access at each end of the hotel and in the middle. The access ways from the outside door smell like each level flooded and then housed animals as a shelter afterwards
I mean it was a room with beds and lights. There wasn't any airflow in the room because the bed up against the window is right up against the window unit, so you have no air circulation. I know that a queen size room and a single room would have cost over 300, so I'm glad that we chose this route because it sure wouldn't have been worth the price then

But I can say the hotel staff was friendly. I believe they have a breakfast of some sort. It's not much quality for the price, was it the neatest or will maintained or hygienic place neither. Not sure why they called the room a suite, I've stayed in suites and they don't compare to what I stayed in last night, not at all

If you want a decent motel in durant, find one that isn't a two-star. If you just want a room like this, there are plenty of around at a way better price. Although I am thankful it was readily available and they held a spot for us, I do not think we will be returning to this Motel

I mean when I hear the words quality in front of something call I expect a little bit of that, quality. The pull-out couch look like it was salvaged from the Salvation Army and a million people under an underpass of slept on it the way the cushions were all broke into the center was broke out of it good with what they charge for these rooms every time one sells overnight, they could have replaced that thing a billion times over. That's not quality

Positive: Nothing Negative: Mole, dirty, was there 5 nights never cleaned room. Asked twice. Room smelled mole. The ac fan blades were covered in mole and dust. This hotel needs a health inspection. My friend was sick by the time we left. Don?t stay here. Everything was dirty.
