I would rate this hotel negative stars if I could. Inside the lobby, two men (guests) were talking about how they were about to have a party in the hotel. The clerk just told them to be careful as the woman who works after him will call the police. The clerk then told them to be careful because they could be leaving with stuff (STDs and bugs). They all laughed so I thought they were joking.
Our room was very confusing to locate. As soon as we opened the door to it, the smell of wet dog/dog urine was overpowering. We then noticed that there was no lock on the door. My husband went to ask for a new room. The new room smelled better than the last to say the least. It was extremely dark with no good lighting. The ceiling had multiple areas of water damage, but considering the recent hurricane, it was no big deal. However the caulking all around the shower was molded, there was a rolled up shower mat in the bathroom covered in mold, and feces on the lid to the toilet.
My son then said there was a spider that ran under the couch. My husband moved the couch to kill it and found dead and alive cockroaches. Upon further inspection of the room with my phone light, there was roach droppings all over the room. We RAN!
When I went to the front desk to ask for my money back due to us not staying, I told them that there was mold and roaches. They didn't say anything and canceled the payment on my card. They 100% knew how the rooms were.

Booked on hotels.com because it was pet friendly. Picture showed a 2 room, king/pull out sofa set up. Got keys and room wasn't 2 rooms so I went back to clerk. She called the manager who saw the pictures and attempted to put us in the correct room. Then, saw we had a dog (paid pet fee) and proceeded to get loud and excited speaking with my daughter and husband who has PTSD and the dog is in training for service work. He ended up in tears from embarrassment and got upset. She ended up saying we couldn't have a king room at all because they weren't pet friendly. Put us in a 2 double bed room. Which was too small to for two adults to sleep in. I asked for a return in the difference in the room. They denied it saying hotels.com has to refund (hotels.com said it is the hotel). Breakfast was crap too. Fried eggs and sausage in hot water. Oh and a bonus... They double charged me for a pet! Very unprofessional and we are disappointed as it put a damper on our short get a way to see snow!

WARNING: Do not try to book through the provided on-line link. That goes to booking.com, not the motel. They tried to charge me $849 for 4 room nights. That's more than double the actual rate. Worse, they charged me twice for the same reservation. I canceled immediately when I saw the charge - which is not disclosed until AFTER you complete the reservation. I was refunded for one charge, still fighting for the full refund. Call the motel directly or contact Choice. Do not click on the "on line reservation link."

Room was very dirty. Towels were stained. Paint and sheet rock was stained and falling down. Bathroom had mold. Handle on sink was nasty like someone spit toothpaste on it. Everything that was metal was rusted like the lights and stuff. Door looked like it had been kicked in before. Friends room had no heat next door to mine. Luckily it was just me and my brother. Would not have let my family stay here. STAY AWAY!!

We stayed at filthy disgusting poor excuse of a Quality Inn for six days due to us evacuating from Florida hurricane Milton. The rooms are absolutely disgusting starting with the carpets they were as dirty as the parking lot! They were filthy with both rust and mold all over the place. The showers need to be cleaned thoroughly they were absolutely disgusting as well. The so called sheets for the bed was so worn and dingy with holes in them and felt like sandpaper. I don’t think they ever vacuum the rugs in these rooms they are very stained and smell from piss. The health department really needs to shut this place down until they can comply with health regulations. The man that owns this place I believe is from India and treats his staff like crap in public. The breakfast which is free wasn’t bad however very limited. Don’t stay at disgusting s*it hole unless you’re desperate like we were because so many hotels and motels were booked to accommodate those leaving Florida during the hurricane Milton. I could go on and I think you get the gist of how bad this place.

Me and my grandmother were here for a funeral, when we first checked in they gave us a room that already had guest checked into it. Mind you we were tired and ready to go to bed, it then took them 15 minutes to finally get us into another room on the opposite side of the building. They did not give clear instructions on where the room was located and we asked for a room that did not have stairs due to my grandmother not being able to get up them. We looked for about 30 minutes trying to find the room and there it was, hidden on the inside of the building and guess what? a set of stairs to get to it. Not only was the room absolutely filthy, it smelled horrible too. The blankets on top of the bed were strained, the walls had disgusting stuff all over them, there were dirty socks left in the trash can, the microwave was rusted and fridge was not cold and smelled like mildew. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this place. For $70 a night it was not worth it. I wouldn’t even pay $5 for a nasty room like this. I’m normally not a hater but goodness this hotel was the most unpleasant and unprofessional hotel i have EVER stayed at. Bed bugs, stains all over the carpet, stains on the beds, the TV only has 7 channels. Disgusting.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: The place was nasty, the microwave was all rusted out on inside, frigerator didn't get cold, walls were covered in dirt & some blood, dirty socks, tv got 5 channels, mattress stains horribly. It I hadn't come from funeral home ,drove 7 hrs I would left
