The room and hotel were super clean. The housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it that way. Every employee there I spoke to was professional, nice, and accommodating. Breakfast was great with options. Indoor pool was awesome to have. The area seemed safe. Real nice stay for a good price.

The Quality Inn was an enjoyable overnight stop. The hotel is dated and in need of updating. If you can over look that it was clean and functional for the most part. We had a short shower curtain that would not stay in the tub when showering. But, once again.... if you can look beyond the over paint, nicked furniture and walls, and aged lavatory features, it had a fairly comfortable bed and linens for a decent night's sleep. Also, had a lovely HEATED pool that was clean and maintained. The Continental Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Kudos to you all! Keep up the great work. For price and comfort, this stop fit the bill.

Everything was good! The bed was very comfortable! The shower curtain needed to be a little bit longer and the towels a little thicker but other than that everything was good! Breakfast offerings were okay but more bread options would have been nice! Staff was friendly!

We stopped here on our way to Florida. I mainly chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and good reviews. The pool was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk was also polite and nice. My only suggestion is to update the beds and remodel the bathrooms.

This hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Housekeeping worked hard to keep things clean. The professionalism and hospitality was outstanding. Good options for breakfast and an indoor pool were a plus. Safe area with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Other hotels could learn good lessons from this place

Everything was fine, from check in to check out. Pleasant professional staff. The room was very clean, beds/pillows comfortable, and the shower temperature strong and hot. Window treatments, modern, (screens) worked well. No bugs. We enjoyed the pool which was very clean and the perfect temperature. Breakfast
was good with sausages, eggs, fruit, yogurt & waffles. Coffee/juices. A great experience overall. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lady at the front desk was rude, had an attitude from the moment we walked in. Was outside smoking a cigarette when we walked in. The hotel smelled gross. Moldy with a thick cigarette smell. Got questioned multiple times about my service animal. He was wearing a vest and I provided a service animal card. Decided to leave anyway. It was horrible from the very beginning. I guess you get what you pay for.

Edit. Check your footage, my dog was 100% wearing a service animal vest!! The issue with my service animal is the least of your problems. Check your camera footage, I did provide a card. But she said it wasn’t the card she needed. I provided the card before my dog barked. I told her what my disability was and what my service animal does for my disability. That is all the information I am required to give you. Check the laws.

Excellent service! Clean rooms. Breakfast can be better (muffins suck, sugary cereals can be replaced with plain ones); lastly internet was not great.
