Positive: that there is a comfort kitchen right across the street you gone need. Negative: housekeeper stole my electric toothbrush I was packing to leave and end my 3 day stay a day early do to complications with 2 different rooms no breakfast no breakfast in the area Comfort Kitchen opens at 11am $20 per person

Check in staff was very nice and competent. Inside the room was clean… outside not so much. The air conditioner and fan made a rattling noise off and on starting in the middle of the night and it was too stuffy not to have it on. As a light sleeper, it was not tolerable, even with ear plugs - my husband did not even notice it and slept fine.

Positive: We were able to get a room during evacuation. Great location. Negative: Breakfast is just waffles, the pictures are deceiving. Toilet seat was broke off, pretty sure they already knew it. Broken curtain hooks. Very dirty.

Lady up front was super nice. But everything else was so bad. We had to stay during Helene and gosh I don’t recommend any family with kids stay here. Or anyone at all. It was absolutely filthy. Floors were super dirty not mopped or swept, I found a peace of someone’s fingertip… like the skin? Was so disgusted my child found it and it was obviously that due to the finger prints clearly visible. Grosss af. Bathroom filthy. There was a have used toilet roll with a speck of blood probably from a needle cleaning since I’ve seen online always check for that and boom found one with about three obvious punctures with blood. Water was cold and warm so that was okay but the maintenance of this place seems very low and we payed more than 100 for absolutely filthy room. Bed bug on bed I had no choice but to stay here since everywhere was booked and we needed somewhere to stay! I had been looking so long and finally found one. Pls hire people to keep up with everything… I would never stay at a hotel named quality inn again. Especially here….. the desk lady was very sweet tho but pls my child developed ring worm from crawling on the floor before I decided to expection the floor closely only so see dirt, chipped nails, hair gosh the list can go on and on

Lobby was full of unboxed TVs and other supplies. The room was accessed from the outside and smelled extremely strongly like bleach. Took a shower and walked to the bed barefoot sat down my wife noticed my feet were black so the floor was not too clean. Room was large but sparsely appointed. They said they had a hard breakfast and all they had was a waffle iron nothing else that was hot poor assortment of pastries

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The floors were sticky and obviously hadn’t been mopped. The shower curtain had mold on it, and there was no hot water at all. The bottom of the front door was broken, so I had to put a chair to block the light from coming in the room. The WiFi was down! Oh, and I also found a dead bug in the bed! Never again!!
