Karen made our stay exceptional. Made sure to help us learn of some local venues to check out. She was really pleasant and friendly. The rooms are clean and kept nice. I liked that there was no carpet so there is no built in dirt.

Good little hotel with basic amenities. Location was great, close to the local parks, restaurants and retail businesses. The room had a microwave and a good size mini fridge which allowed us to save some on eating out with the food we brought. ||Room itself was clean, good option for a family or average traveler. The breakfast was free and decent but lacked protein. It had the standard staples like juice, coffee, toast, bagels, yogurt, ect. Customer service was good, Karen helping with the breakfast was a gem who made us feel welcome and was kind to the children. ||

Our room was excellent and we went to get the free breakfast the Hotel offers and the food was delicious and everything was fresh and very clean. We met Karen the lady who works at the front desk and she is Amazing!!!! ||Karen is thenicest and most pleasant front desk person we have ever met!!! We came to Show Low to look for property and she was very knowledgeably about Show Low and gave us a Real Estate book about Show Low that was very helpful. ||I give Karen’s customer service more than 10 stars!! She’s very pleasant and very professional and makes you feel welcomed the minute you meet her. Quality Inn Pinetop is VERY LUCKY to have Karen at the front desk!!! We will definitely be staying here again because of Karen’s great customer service and hospitality!!!||Maria and Rick

Filthy rooms. Additional unauthorized charges. You WILL have to jump through hoops to get your money back. I was put into 3 different rooms all of which had something wrong with it cleanliness wise. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, bed covered in pet hair, mold in the bathroom, dirty bathtub. Then the guy told me that the dirty room is acceptable and outright refused to give me my money back. I didn’t even stay the night here, then come to find out they didn’t check me out, changed my payment method, extended my stay and then charged my card two more times, making me pay 3 times what my original stay was going to be.
Stay at your own risk.

The service was phenomenal - Karen and Zane are warm, friendly and helpful! Other staff we've run into have all been friendly as well. The room is clean and well appointed. Location is easily accessible and Pine top is beautiful. My dog was able to join us too!

Great clean rooms every time and great customer service at front desk , shout-out Karen for helping with my best choice rewards 10/10 would recommend. There are always the best sheets very comfortable. It's in a nice peaceful area, and around great spots to visit.

Pros:|Friendly, efficient staff|Cleanliness of room and grounds|Laminate flooring vs carpet in rooms|Fridge and microwave in room|Towels are thick and clean|Quiet although it’s right off a main road||Cons:|This is a motel, not a hotel - rooms open to the outside|Rooms are old - bathtub was chipped, mirror and counter were stained|Beds are truly awful unless you sleep separately; if you sleep with your partner and they move, the entire bed shakes like an earthquake. At 2 am we finally gave up and slept apart.|Although free breakfast is advertised online and in rooms, it was not available. The office was locked; several guests were wandering around the hotel at 7 am looking for the breakfast that was supposed to start at 6:30.||It’s a relatively cheap motel and you get what you pay for. Probably would stay somewhere else in the future.

If I could, I would give negative 5 stars. The floors were dirty. The sheets on the bed were not changed. It was full of hair and crumbs! The bathtub was gross. 🤮

Unless you would like to get a disease I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The receptionist would not assist us and dismissed our concerns saying we have to work with the booking agent we booked with.
