I had planned a last minute trip with my family and this is the first availability I came upon.
It was a great easy check-in and check-out.
Pool area was shaded and relaxing for boy I and my children.
Breakfast was my children’s favorite. They loved making their own waffles and pancakes.
I didn’t get the name of the clerk that checked us in but he was very nice and friendly.
Would definitely book again if I have to visit Hemet.

This is an awesome place to stay at. Yash Ray’ was the best. Wish all places we stayed at, had someone like him to take care of us. He went above and beyond what we expected. The breakfast was better than the more expensive places. I am not easily impressed, but I was! Quality Inn you have a jewel!

I had a wonderful two-night stay.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi and pool—both were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding.Overall, everything about my stay was great, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. I’d definitely come back!

The room was cute other than a little bit of some chipped paint I'm not really worried about the aesthetics of the room It had everything we needed fridge microwave coffee pot free breakfast, the service was excellent. The man behind the counter was so friendly and very accommodating we let him know that the shower floor needed a little attention and he said he would get on that right away while we were gone and the outside grounds are really cute. I'm used to sleeping in a softer bed so for me the mattress was a bit firm but definitely not something that would keep me from coming back.

I’ve been at this quality inn location for some time now And first and foremost Paul and the other gentleman at the front office who’ve helped me during my stay have been incredible easy to deal with. Very kind easy to talk to and friendly. No hassle whatsoever checking in or out , I had a day I forgot I was supposed to check out and and ended up staying but they kindly called the room and when i answered they politely asked if I was going to stay and gave me time to make a decision. The rooms are well kept the housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when my “ do not disturb door hanger fell off they quickly realized that it was for my room and must have put it back on because I heard it fall off multiple times from the wind , the wind finally got it and it blew away but when I went to the front desk to ask for another they kindly gave me tape to stick it to the door without me even asking. The breakfast was pretty good nothing amazing but everything was well stocked and very spotless clean every morning that I went to have breakfast. It inside the office. They had coffee available all day I think until 10pm I believe. Once again it want amazing food but quite and clean environment. Overall I’ve stayed at a few different hotels in the area and this location is quite, away from walkthrough traffic or random ppl on bikes because it’s a a closed parking lot. The parking was never full even at night there was plenty of parking available. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back probably sometime soon in between trucking jobs. I highly recommend it , if it’s a little more expensive then the other places close by you should pay the extra money. Its worth it. The part of town isn’t great but it’s close to a Walmart neighborhood market and lots of fast food and other restaurants. They have a pool and spa , I didn’t partake because the weather was a little cold for me but I did check it just to see and it was very clean and well kept from what I could see. I’ve machine worked perfectly, the vending machines were full and freshly stocked. I even made a few cat friends that obviously stroll through in the evening looking for scraps. But even they were well behaved 😂.

We booked a room for the night and in the morning went to extend our stay the gentleman working said the one we are staying in was already booked so we booked a different one at a higher price. We were told we would be notified when our room was ready to switch. Several hours later we were told that the only rooms still available both had developed a bathtub leak. This was very inconvenient seeing we have a newborn. Upon getting our deposit back and room refunded for tonight 4/12/25 we found out that they marked it as me canceling the room when we asked for a cancelation receipt. The guy working admitted he lied because our baby is to messy he had not seen in the room to even make that assumption before canceling our stay and when he did check out the room it wasn't a mess hence why we recieved our deposit back. We feel very discriminated against for having a newborn. We have stayed here multiple times with no issue before.
