This was a fine updated Quality Inn. The floors seemed clean. The bed was good and the shower worked well. The elevator worked. Service was OK but like other Q Inns, the front desk isn't always staffed so you might have to wait. The bed was oddly made. The top sheet wasn't too far up toward the headboard and not evident until the morning. Breakfast was typical Q Inn, was spacious, and met our needs for a trip on the road. We've stayed at another place in the area and I'd probably pick this one again. Only concern is with the road construction so I might be inclined to drive more south on 71 to find a place. Getting into the hotel parking lot is a little tricky, especially in the dark. Trust what your GPS says and do the u-turn up the street. .

We stayed at Quality Inn on December 6th until 7th. Upon our late-night arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and getting us settled into our clean and cozy room. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast offered a good selection of options. While we did encounter a noise issue with a neighbor, the overall experience at Quality Inn was positive. We appreciate the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

Positive: They do the best they can with limited staff and always make you feel as if you are the only guest at the hotel. Negative: Didn't have a safe in the room .

Rude staff.
I’m a diamond member of a choice privilege program and they refused to check me in 1.5 hours early( I have benefit of early check in).

And next day they charged me 25$ for early check in. I tried to explain to them that I’m a diamond member and this should be free they REFUSED to give me refund, playing dumb saying I’ll talk to my manager later…

Don't come here for an extended stay. One night would be fine. The room smelled like 2 different kinds of smoke. The toilet didn't work and had a bowl under the water supply of the toilet. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

For the price the stay was great. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Keep in mind I had an accessible room. However I wish hotels would allow the shower to be accessible. If someone was wheel chair bound, they would not be able to shower due to the shower not being roll in.

To have such small rooms at a price that is not equivalent & have the audacity to be against the LGTBQ community is a disgrace!! Beware ladies & gents. You've been warned Edit: Adrian or wtver his name is at the desk (heavy blk guy) not everyone is single or wants your advances. Have you even went by a mirror lately. You need an mental evaluation. Absurd that you even have a job. I will be reporting you to corporate.

small breakfast selection but decent, my first room smell so badly of pee, they sent me to another room that somebody else was already in, then gave me an upgrade told me I wouldn’t be charged then charged me an extra $110 while I was sleep. refused to accept responsibility for the hotels upkeep. don’t get me wrong. The landscaping is clean the outside of the hotel looks nice. The inside is pretty decent. It’s the rooms makes noise all its buttons the room smell like upgrade the bathroom they look like 1990s. They prices a good $25 the room rates is the same as Chicago in Miami.
