Solid three star hotel. Like all parts of the economy service is provided through staffing. It's one thing to mandate infrequent linens but other areas are overlooked in a rush to minimize budget. Highest is SECURITY. What is happening in rooms is not know until after check out under current management assumptions. Mandate room checks and trash service daily so eyes move through every room.

Location is fair given market and competition. Area is quickly growing.

I am giving Quality Inn 4 star because they were able to accommodate my wife and I, and four small pets (a dog and three cats) in an emergency situation. Our home suffered water damage, and mold was discovered. Thus, we are displaced for now. Oh yeah, the beds are comfortable, and the wifi worked like a charm. Plus, they have other amenities most places offer today. Oh, one more thing, Denny's is next door.

Positive: The front desk staff was wonderful. Offered great suggestions, was extremely personable and anticipated issues. Negative: Somes of the repairs in bathroom were very sloppily done.

Great spot! Grounds keeper every day, clean property, great customer service! Tye is always super helpful! Breakfast is awesome! Biscuits and gravy! And best of all, pet friendly!!

Great budget spot in a perfect location. The room was pretty beat up and needed some updates, but overall clean and the staff was very attentive and kind. Breakfast was nice, and a great spread.

This hotel has the nicest most helpful staff. Specially Angie at the front desk. I had to switch hotels due to some health concerns and she helped me put my mind at ease. She really knows her customer service and made me feel like a priority. She deserves all the recognition.

Location was great right off of I-10 and I-8.

The issue is as of 10/3/2024 the hotel has bed bugs. I checked in and went to the room and immediately saw a bedbug on the left side of the comforter towards the top. I immediately left the room and went to the front desk. They didn't believe me and refused a refund. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY from this hotel unless you want bed bugs!!!
