I visit Broken Arrow frequently, and this is my go-to for lodging - I've stayed here at least half a dozen times. It's not expensive, the staff is friendly and accommodating, they have a few smoking rooms available, and breakfast (limited choices, but good) is included. I normally kennel my dog when I travel, but at Christmas I brought her with me for the first time. They charge a pet fee and require a pet deposit, but it's very reasonable compared to similar animal-friendly hotels in the area. The refund of my deposit was handled promptly - it posted to my credit card less than a week after I checked out.
If you want something fancy, keep looking. If you want something comfortable and economical, this is the place.

Positive: The cleanliness of this hotel is amazing. Even though it's an older property and it's age shows, they have the highest level of cleanliness I have seen in a hotel. Negative: The breakfast is poor, the staff can be rude and if you miss housekeeping you will not get towels. And there is no elevator. Door are open all night and windows have flimsy locjs

Stayed part of my vacation (6 nights) here with my partner and toddler. Wouldn’t book here again based on a few factors such as
- For this quality of an hotel a $100 deposit is ridiculous (when I was just in a different hotel in a big suite much nicer that was only a $50 deposit)
- Customer Service was very very poor No greetings or anything ever . Had it not been for us being in a rush this morning when checking out - I may have stopped and spoke to them but .. my boyfriend and I were carrying down the first load of items to our car and as we were passing the front desk the guy just jumped up and said what room are you checking out of (mind you it was only 10:30ish & checkout is at 11am) I told him the room number not thinking anything of it since we had like 5 bags of crap each rushing to the car. So apparently he disabled the room keys already .. with my kid and some of our stuff still in the room. Luckily my little boy opened the door for me when I ran back up to get him and the rest of the stuff.
- Plumbing was a bit questionable .. there were several instances during our stay where the toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink seemed to get clogged.
- Shower heads are positioned pretty low but the water pressure was good.
Back to customer service - the same gentleman called us at 10:00am one morning the (couldn’t answer)phone didn’t work so I ran down to the front desk to see what the issue was thinking maybe they got our check out days mixed up and he told me I had to let housekeeping in … which made no sense when our DND sign is on the door.
No elevators - sucked for my bf mostly but if you have a ton of luggage -NOPE if you’re on the second floor.
Breakfast - VERY DISAPPOINTING. I’ve never stayed at an hotel with breakfast that didn’t serve eggs number 1! No eggs. Only a waffle maker, sausage, and honey buns. Fruit wise only a banana ! And cereal was 2 options I think raisin brand and fruit loops. That’s it’s. Very disappointed to call that a breakfast.
I didn’t hate my stay .. but wouldn’t ever book here again as this was a quick last minute close to us option .
Unfortunately we did see just 1 but still .. we saw a roach . Luckily it was at the end of our stay so I remained calm since it was just 1!

Definitely looking forward to getting my deposit back . I pray no issues with that.
This hotel is decent for an overnight stay but beyond that .. a lot more work , training, and tlc needs to be given here.

Positive: Location was near where I was attending a craft show and access in and out of the hotel were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was filling and coffee was fresh . Negative: No kleenex in the rooms had to use the toilet paper and napkins.

Breakfast ends at 9:30! Wack! Kinda sucks since most hotels breakfast ends at 10. also the selection was small and not good. 🙁 Very subpar. Other cheap locations have much better and larger breakfast. On the plus side, the chihuahua receptionist was adorable!

I enjoy this hotel because of the close proximity to my children. It has a small, quaint, and enjoyable pool, washer and dryer, and they allow small dogs. Conveniently off the freeway with plenty of food and dining options close by. Is it the nicest hotel to choose from? No, But for the affordable price and amenities on property, it’s the best in this location. The best thing I enjoy about this hotel is how clean it is. The housekeeping staff is extremely friendly, great at their job, and always ask if you need anything. I always come to this hotel for its friendliness, price, and location. I cannot justify staying next-door for double the price with comparable amenities. I recommend you stay here

Customer service is terrible, the clerk at the check in was rude and ignorant. The reservation was made by my wife in my name, and she wanted to see my wife's IDs to be able to give me a room, just ridiculous! By the way my wife was on another trip to Dallas, and she made her call her just to hear her say that she was the person who made the reservation (no ID shown obviously) which made the whole situation just ridiculously hilarious. The clerk was just rude and stupid, you should train her or get rid of her

Do not stay here the.Rooms were absolutely disgusting had holes in the sheets and the beds.There were cockroachs crawling around the room.The bathroom smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in the bathtub.My kids could not even shower without throwing up.Dont even get me started on the service employes looked high they were rude kept staring at my kids.The pool was dirty there was a bottle of chewing tobacco next to one of the chairs and one of the chairs had underwear on them.This hotel was absolutely disgusting would not stay here 0/10
