Positive: Location was close to the interstate for a quick pull off on our roadtrip. Clean for a quick stay. Negative: Door didn?t close all the way, we could lock it so it was fine. Given wrong room number upon checkin. Overnight staff was questionable.

Positive: Absolutely nothing! The room lacked most of the advertised amenities. No microwave, no mini fridge, no shades on the lamps and one lamp that simply didn't work. Negative: Everything noted above plus the nefarious characters hanging around outside. Very little lighting of the outdoor spaces. It was a perfect environment for criminals.

Positive: The VERY best part was the friendly and cheerful lady taking care of the breakfast the morning of 12/12. She said "good morning" to everyone who came in for breakfast and was a very cheerful presence. I vote for a raise for her! Negative: It seemed that the breakfast items were not kept restocked as well as they could have been. Also, had to ask for washcloths for my room. And no hot water in the first two rooms they gave me.

Nice rooms great price but what I really want to talk about was the service the lady at the desk provided on April 12th 2025 5 pm she was so helpful I had a problem with the booking agency it's not her job to get me my refund back but she went above and beyond to make sure I got my refund back I wish I could remember her name but hopefully she knows who she is thank you

There WAS Room at The Inn!!!!|I am a Disabled Veteran, and while Traveling South bound with my 88 year old mother and our 2 dogs, we Needed to find a place to tuck in for the night and was blessed to find exactly the perfect place! |The staff were amazing and extremely supportive and accommodating! |They had us in a room with easy access and no delays. Offering a Veteran’s/ Military discount on the room made the kindness even better.|When I mentioned that the room had a stale odor like old cigarette smoke, we were immediately moved to a different fresh room.|The smell was from a NO SMOKING 🚭 POLICY violation of a previous quest. The immediate solution saved both my mother (COPD) and myself (dental and sinus reconstruction) from being overwhelmed with respiratory distress and emergencies! The men on duty were very articulate, straightforward, understanding, kind, and decisively honest in their customer service and concern.|This was an exceptional experience! Thanking God for the blessings of a clean, safe, secure and welcoming place to rest for the night.|Being nice and kind cost nothing, BUT being treated right was well worth every cent spent for a night’s lodging! My service dog got a GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP TOO!

I'm only giving this place two stars because I liked the beds and the breakfast. But other then that I was disappointed with this place. Ok in order to take a hot shower you have to start the bathtub first and when you do you have to adjust the temperature you want your water at. After you have it adjusted to the temperature you want it at. It takes almost 20 to 25 minutes for the hot water to finally come on. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that you had to start the tub first then adjust the shower handle to get the temperature you want it on. Every hotel I have stayed at. The hot water always came on 2 minutes after I turned it on. Plus the pool is currently under maintenance. But you can tell by looking at the pool that it looked like nobody has even worked on it. Oh and the gym is ok but not that great either. And the shelf that holds the curtains in our room. Maids didn't clean it good. Their was still dust on them. I was disappointed with my stay. Quality inn. Do better!

VERY attentive FD staff who asked me to let them know if I had any concerns when I arrived at my room. Beautiful space, rebranded from a more upscale hotel chain so it is not the typical Quality Inn I have stayed in before and was VERY nice. I am not sure why the negative reviews (I checked them out before I booked the hotel) as none of the things negative that were listed were apparent to me. I would stay here again and bring my family next time!
