Positive: Excellent location. Decent rooms. Good breakfast (waffles). Clean interior. Breakfast room regularly cleaned. Very good value. Negative: The parking lot area all around the hotel would deserve a bit clean up for an even better impression.

Do not book this hotel!! If you cancel, they will still charge you. Choice hotels stays out of the dispute as they simply tell you to contact the hotel. They say that it's not anything they can do. Therefore, I don't know why there is a customer service if all hotels are independent and they cannot resolve an issue. I informed the hotel manager that I have a screenshot from the app and email confirmation that I could cancel the room within a certain amount of time. I was told that doesn't matter and if every customer wanted their money back then she would not have a business. I was told, sure I can cancel the room but the money is not refundable. If I am going to be charged for the room anyway, why would one cancel...so the hotel can have another room to book and get paid 2x for a single room. If I am not going to get a refund, I would not call the hotel to let them know that I am not showing up. She says that I booked a non refundable rate. The app should not show you that one can cancel if the rate is non-refundable. Let's use common sense. When I told the manager that is just wrong and bad business, she hung up after she said that we can stay on the phone and I can try to prove that I am right and she is wrong but I won't be refunded.

Fantastic Stay with Outstanding Service!

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. However, what truly made my visit special was the exceptional customer service provided by Andy.

From the moment I checked in, Andy went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was offering local recommendations or accommodating my special requests, Andy handled everything with a smile and made me feel right at home.

The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Old and a little run down, but excellent value for money. Room and linen was perfectly clean. Airport shuttle was very efficient. Check in took a while as there was confusion about which rooms were clean, but it was sorted out eventually by giving me a room upgrade.

The rooms are decent. Clean but still a few roaches but that's somewhat expected in Georgia. I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping wasn't very hospitable, they never knocked to see if we needed towels or sheets as a stayover. And I got blood on ONE towel and for that they didn't give me back my $50 deposit. Even tho nothing in the room was messed up after checkout and no blood on the sheets at all, they kept my deposit for a towel they threw away anyway and were very rude about it. Other than that it was a decent stay. Won't stay again though.

I stayed here for several days on a work trip, and the service was terrible. the place is out-dated, I found a roach in my room and saw a few around the hotel. My room was not to the best standard, or even a good one. When speaking with the manager I found her to be very rude and disgusting, with a very terrible disposition for someone who is supposed to be the face of service. I was very disgusted. If I'd had the ability to switch hotels I would have, I honestly wish that I could get a refund for what I experienced. A staff cleanse is needed. Would have been decent if the staff wasn't so awful, the cleaning lady walking around shouting that someone peed in a bed. Just awful and uncomfortable.

Did not enjoy this hotel at all. We had reserved through PriceLine. The hotel tried to charge us again. They didn't keep the king room we reserved so we had to take a double room instead. The room itself wasn't bad, but the bathroom was terrible. Shower was in bad repair and not clean. Toilet was cracked, and flooring was bowed up. Some updates are being done, but are being done poorly. Paint drops all over the room, smeared paint on trim and fixtures. There are many other options for hotels in this area at similar price.

Rooms decent but clientele were horrible and not controlled by staff. People with kids being ridiculously loud running back and forth in rooms for HOURS, and people next door having a loud music party. Reported to second shift front desk but nothing got done. I had to get up early to catch a flight but may as well have slept in the airport terminal on the floor because that's about how much rest I got. In addition I was approached in the hall by a man reeking of weed wanting me to cash app him money. First shift worker super efficient on check in, the only reason for two stars
