Terrible service. The owner cusses me for no reason and accused of false accusations. My father stayed hear everytime he came into town and treated them with the upmost respect. It's sad this is the only half way decent place to stay around here and half if not more are profiled and can't even get a night to stay. Sad

Rude clerk , charged me for a early check in and pet fee, which was not told to me when I called for reservations, then she gave me a room who had people in it and I walked in with a lady dressing, the clerk did not believe me at first , like I would lie, then she gave me a room , which the lite by the sink didn't work , and the shower had very low water pressure, with no hot water, very dissatisfied, will never stay at a Quility inn ever!!!!!!! Hampton Inn always treated me well and had very nice accommodations!!!! I called priceline back and the were not helpful, will not use that service any more either!!!!

Got there to check in and there was a sign up to call a number. She came and gave us our room and we entered the room and all you could smell was mildew. There was black mold in the corner of the walls, stains on the bed sheets, cigarette burn holes in the top blanket, mold on the lamp shades and hair in the drain. We checked out 5 minutes after we checked in and saw the room. Went back to the front desk called that same number waited for her to come back told her everything that was wrong, she said she could offer us another room but with what our room looked like we didn't want another one. I asked for my money back and she told me there was a no cancelation policy so I was out that money. Lesson learned and we will never go there again.

The room was very dirty. No house keeping staff to clean after a one night stay. Scheduled to stay four but only sleep one night and checked out. Asked to be charged one night because I left the second day after getting off work. This place is a disgrace to all quality inns. Check in staff was not pleasant. Dirty shower.

I've stayed at this hotel and I've booked it for employees.

If the owner is at the front desk, the customer service is 1 star at best. She is terrible.

If one of the employees are at the front desk, the customer service is 5 stars all the way. The employees are absolutely great!

Fire the owner and the ratings will go up.

Omgosh, please don't ever waste ur money or time at this hell hole. I can't begin to tell you how sick I am from allergic reactions to being in this disgusting nasty place. I have pictures to share. I will be back to share when I feel better.

I mean, it’s a quality inn and it’s in little bitty Arab Alabama, but I’ve stayed there a few times. They’ve got to know me the services excellent. They’re very very nice people.
And the rooms are always clean. It’s nothing high dollar or five star… That’s the only reason I did not give them five stars all the way across the board… but it’s clean and comfortable and I stay there often
