For the price it’s a good location great front staff and the maids are so sweet. but it says they have a pool and in fact do not also there is not an indoor bar. I’m not sure why it says that but I wish I would’ve known.

This is likely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a light breakfast including juices, waffles, bagels, fruit and cereal.||The room had a microwave and fridge. ||I was very impressed.

I had booked this room because of the price, then I looked at the reviews and got nervous. I’m very happy to say my experience was great, the room was clean!! The bed, floors, and shower were all clean. The towels and sheets had that clean hotel smell to them. I would stay here again!

Front desk attendant tried to charge me $118 when online it was listed for less. Was told it would be the same price more or less with taxes and fees, a quick Google revealed this was a lie and I booked on Priceline and got the room for $83. Was woken up in the middle of the night by the smoke detector alarming that the battery needed replaced, removed it and silenced it after it woke my 8 month old up at 345 am. Wasn't going to write a bad review even after all this, but when we went down for the "Continental breakfast" there was only toast and waffles with no fruit or yogurt or anything. Honestly, would come back for price because the rooms were clean enough but otherwise avoid this place if you want an affordable and restful night's sleep.

We arrived midnight and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. The room is very clean, spacious and has the necessary utilities you need. They have free breakfast and an ice machine. This is one of the cleanest and well kept quality inn we’ve been. The price is unbeatable and the staff are friendly.

This place is awful. The staff is rude and unhelpful.
When we first arrived they tried to put us in a room that had a cigarette smell that hit you in the face when walking in the room. We had reserved a no smoking room. We had to go back down and switch rooms. The guy at the desk was annoyed we were there.
We wanted extra pillows the first night and was told housekeeping was gone and he couldn't get them for us. I asked the next morning and was told I needed to ask housekeeping for extra. I said I couldn't wait around and to let them know. He said ok. Came back to ho pillows.. went again and was refused pillows because the hotel apparently has a no extra pillows policy. Then was told that there are no pillows to be had in a basically empty hotel that we could use. The pillows were so small and flimsy.

The hotel is dirty and they seemed to try to do updates but they were done cheaply and falling apart already. The TV stand in the room was falling apart.

The bathroom was terribly laid out with the commode against the door. Rusty showed handles and dirty tubs. Holes in the wall and threadbare towels.

We were supposed to be there for a 3 night stay and left after one and went to another hotel. The staff is really terrible. They just don't care at all. An aging property is understandable... A staff who doesn't care at all or is empowered to help make a customers stay more comfortable is unacceptable. Choice should remove their flag.

Dear owner in response to your form letter below. Do better. Be better. Be available to your customers. Your employees can call you to ask questions but you are "out of town" and cannot be reached to speak with until the scheduled day we were to check out. Have competent staff that care. Put your customers first. If you really did want to welcome people back.. your initial response to when your employee called you to see what to do was "they don't get a refund"..not apologize and give them a pillow to make them stay.

Positive: The location was close to my destination. Negative: My room smelled like weed. The first day, I had cable. The rest of the week, I didn't have access to it. Neighbors were loud. The floor was mop late. So, the floor stayed wet for longer and the mop water did not smell good.
