This is the worst hotel in Ada. I've worked here and stayed here. I was told after paying almost $300 I was on their Do Not Rent list and honestly in my opinion I should have been told that before I wasted my money. When I picked up my property that was left in the room, I had items missing and I know they go through peoples belongings that are left even though hotel policy states it has to be held for 30 days unless its good or anything perishable. The rooms stink and not to mention they have bed bugs, fleas, and black mold in some of the rooms and won't spend the $ to clean them and take care of the black mold. I suggest not paying $85 a night, they try to call the cops on you as your getting your stuff out if your not moving quickly. Save your money, go elsewhere. The place is disgusting and they have crappy customer service

I had a wonderful experience! The hotel was very clean, affordable, and offered all the services I needed. I forgot some of my belongings there and requested assistance. The staff, especially the front desk lady on the night shift, was incredibly helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! A JOKE OF A "HOTEL." It doesn't deserve one star, I just had to click it to submit the complaint. No clean towels, no directory to even call front desk in the room, smells like cigarette smoke everywhere you walk in the place. They charged me for 2 nights when I only stayed for one. I have been calling since yesterday requesting to speak with the owner, and I get denied every time, no call back.

You know what, the staff was very friendly and attentive. For the price and location plus free breakfast you can’t beat it. Safe area nobody is out in the parking lot when we arrived at 2am. The room is a bit outdated which is to be expected. I used to manage a hotel for over a year. For the price expectations can’t be too high and hey who doesn’t like FREE breakfast?

It was nasty. Cigarette holes in the bedding. holes in the curtains. They never cleaned our room .beds uncomfortable..wifi didn't work...I'll never stay there again

We got there Friday late for a rodeo even i had property under the sink. It was ruined by water. I told the desk. She offered to let us move but it was 11 pm at night on Saturday when I finally got back to room. It was also raining. Well by Sunday when we had to leave it was completely covered with white mold everywhere. Made me and my granddaughter sick bad headaches. Told the housekeeper and she said she has been telling them forever and they never do anything beside put a dryer in there. Light bulb where blown had to go buy a fan room was hot a stuffy.

To start off, I know to not expect 5 star from a 2 star hotel. However, I do expect cleanliness. We booked our room in advance of driving 9 hours one way Walked in and the smell was … breath taking. And not in a good way. The smell was mold/water damage.
This room was booked based off of photos. Those photos were probably taken the year this hotel was built because its actual state is NOT representative of what we experienced. It is an old, run down, and stinky place.
Build up of dust on the tops of the lamps, mold in the caulking of the shower, sticky carpet, a dead spider stuck to the ceiling, not all the outlets worked, the hair dryer had at one time caught on fire and was never replaced, with the condition of the room itself, we were scared to even attempt the complimentary breakfast so can’t comment on that. We could have said something, but the state of the place I doubt anything would have been better in a different room, and like I said, we were exhausted Went to sleep and packed up as fast as we could in the morning. Highly do not recommend unless you like breathing in mold smells.

Accidentally left a chair when we checked out. Called that afternoon and was told it was locked up and we could pick it up the next day. When I went to retrieve the chair the next morning, it had been stolen.
