Awesome experience for an unexpected ski vacation in Arizona, skiing at nearby Sunrise Park Ski Resort. The villas are open design and very spacious with a large kitchen and dining area and a fantastic living area with a wood burning fireplace. Beds are comfortable and the villas also have laundry facilities which is a great feature. A real bonus is that the resort sells firewood at a very reasonable price, so you can stay cozy and warm on cold winter days. Wendy, the property manager, is extremely nice and helpful, and provided us with a wealth of information about the property and the nearby area. Definitely recommended!!!

We stayed in a very nice two-bedroom, two bath unit with attached garage. 2nd bedroom/bath is on the 2nd story. It snowed the day before we arrived, so it was awesome to have our own attached garage to park in. The unit was spotless and had the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in a timeshare unit. It had a beautiful wood burning fireplace, but an extra fee is charged for using the wood that's provided. There's a small deck with gas grill and a very small table and two chairs...definitely not big enough for a family, but perfect for a couple to sit, weather permitting. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The unit was so well insulated, we kept the baseboard heaters turned down even though it was super cold outside. TV's are very up to date and Wifi connection was great inside the unit; however, mobile phone reception is not great. Towels and the rugs in the bathrooms were very nice and hairdryer was supplied. There was a washer/dryer in the unit that we did not use, but nice to have available. There was plenty of bath towels, extra blankets and kitchen linens. All appliances were so clean they looked like new. Dish soap is provided, but if you plan to cook in the unit, you'll need to supply all spices, including salt/pepper as well as coffee/tea. Coffee filters are supplied. The Safeway grocery store is close by. There are no timeshare sales, so no worries about being accosted to attend a sales mtg. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area to choose from and the resort gives coupons for 10% off at several. We recommend this resort and would definitely book again!

Overall, a good place to stay, especially with family or friends. The location is good, close to Pinetop/Lakeside, not far from Show Low, down the road from Hon-Dah casino and near to Sunrise Ski resort. The unit is well equipped with all the basics and the kitchen has everything necessary including small appliances, dinnerware and cooking utensils. The T.V. was relatively easy to manage but no local channels. The grounds are lovely for a stroll and my dog enjoyed it. My unit was rather chilly due to the thermostat being stuck at 70. With the high, vaulted ceilings, unless the fan is switched, the heat will all rise leaving the lower areas a bit chilled. This isn’t a “resort” in the common sense of the word. It’s a vacation home that’s rented out. There is no central a/c so if you go in the summer months, it may be warm. A nice place to stay but with all the options out there now, this is a bit dated and tired.

So relaxing and comfortable! They have what you need to enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings. Hiking and fishing nearby. The kitchen is well equipped so don’t have to eat out all the time. (Many tasty restaurants are close by though). It’s so nice to have a grill, too! Thank you for keeping rooms so nice and clean.

Outstanding location outside Pinetop Az. The units are amazing - even have their own garage. Beautiful development. Wendy in the office is a wonderful host - caring and friendly. Beautiful area - Az high country is amazing.

Great experience! The units are large and clean with the latest styles from the early 1990's, berber carpet, brass fixtures and accents, southwestern decor, very well maintained. Fully equipped with quality items in the kitchen, the knives are even sharp, a rare feature in a vacation rental. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Huge clubhouse has tons of entertainment options. There is a little stream and a couple ponds. The grounds are clean and the place is very quiet. Feels like a high quality neighborhood, not a hotel or condo. Very comfortable for our stay, highly recommend.

Visited here four times and have loved the accommodations every single time! Very quite community amongst the beautiful pine trees if Pinetop/Lakeside area you can't go wrong. We've brought friends each time and they've loved it as well... we'll continue to comeback here!

Very clean unit with exceptionally well stocked kitchen. We had no problem getting in even though we arrived after hours. Very comfy for our family of five to stay for the week. We have three kids (13, 10, and baby) and we all had fun.
