Delicious tri-tip sandwich, burgers, delicious sausage variety as well. My favorite is the artichoke sun-dried tomato if you like it spicy they have a jalapeno cheddar ; give it a try.

Best local barbecue you can buy. If you haven't tried their tri-tip taquitos, try them! You'll fall in love with them! I hope they'll bottle their sauce that goes with them! I'd buy it frequently.

Tri-tip is on another planet for a basic bbq sandwich. I had mine takeout and thought to would just take one bite and drive but ended up eating the entire sandwich sitting on tailgate of my truck, then went back inside to buy another.

This place is underrated. I absolutely love this spot. The tri tip was essentially stellar along with the sausages and other stuff I tried. Worth driving from Oxnard or further away.

Okay, came here after going to Lake Casitas, the food is amazing!!! I will start off with saying that!

When we first arrived, I was confused as I am not from the area, and was unaware as to where it was located, other then the given address. Found out, after parking, that they are located inside the market the address takes you too, in the front area to the left side.

I thought that the price was decent when looking online. UNTIL, we got home and went to eat our order. We ordered 4 Tri-Tip Sandwiches & 1 LB of Tri-Tip, for about $56. When we got home, as you can see in my picture, the Sandwiches are dry (we added a slice of cheese and sauce), they come with 4 slices (2 on each half) and a small container of BBQ Sauce. Not sure if this is because of COVID-19, or if they are always served like this. Was not impressed o we all with the quantity that we got for $10/ec, seeing as the 1 LB order comes with about 12 slices, for $16.

So my suggestion to you, if you are heading home to eat the Tri-Tip Sandwich, and would like to have left overs, get the 1LB and make it at home, much cheaper and more quantity for you and your family. But if you are eating there, or in your car or are not going to a place where you are going to be able to make a sandwich on your own, get the $10 sandwich and pay $2 for a side to have a full, decently quick, meal for the go.

Over all though, the food is amazing! I will definitely go back for the Tri-Tip.

All I can say is OMG. Best pork ribs around this county and at a good price. Even there burgers are outstanding. How they don't have an actual restaurant on there own is unbelievable. I'm dropping all fast food burgers and getting mine here. I recommend everything here.

The BBQ place is located in a supermarket.
I've gotten the trigger tip sandwich many times. It is great. Served on chibratta-style bread. It is great. They give you a thing of BBQ sauce to meter as you like. I like that option.
