Great customer service. My Veggie Burger was fresh and Red Velvet Cake was moist. I must say the Veggie Burger was seasoned so well, I had to make sure it wasn't meat.

Do y’all see that CRUNCHY TOP on the pound cake?! Not easy to achieve but wildly coveted!! You can tell a lot by a baker making the most humble cake extraordinarily well! Q did that. From SCRATCH! Classic feel, home style taste, Doesn’t taste commercial, artificial or overpowering at all. Real old school! Real good! Really gifted! The veggie melt has real veggies with a smashed black bean patty and it was cooked to order! Not heavy, but very filling and fresh.

I absolutely love everything Quinetta Hall "Q Cakes" cooks. She makes the most amazing Carmel and Red Velvet Cake. I highly recommend "Q Cakes" It puts the icing on the cake that she is also an amazing lady.

We had the greatest experience without even having to walk into the store! We wanted to check out this awesome vending machine. The what I believe is the owner came out and walked us through it. She was so sweet! Customer service is A+. We got the white chocolate cake and the chocolate cheesecake both were delicious. We'll absolutely be back. Albany needs more of this!

All my experiences at Q's Cakes have been phenomenal. My whole family loves the delicious treats that the Q's Cakes team prepares. The pecan bar is my favorite from our latest trip, but overall the strawberry brownies are my fave! If you have not tried this bakery yet, you must!

My first time visiting her restaurant and trying the Red Velvet cake. It is sooooooo moist and delicious! It literally melts in your mouth and is full of flavor. Omg! I definitely will be a returning customer!

My husband and I stopped by to try out the vending machine one evening. We chose the key lime brownie bar and wow was it delicious! It was a wonderful mix of sweet and tart and also had the perfect amount of salt to balance and bring out the flavors. The texture was great as well! I am so happy to have such a quality bakery right here in town! God has blessed the baker w a wonderful set of skills!
