I ordered a Tofu bowl and a cup of brown rice. They mistook my order first and sent me two chicken bowls. I am vegan and have dietary restrictions. I did it via Doordash and it was very hard to get refund. Then I reordered and they gave me food which was uncooked and full of salt. I am not from Phoenix and will not eat from any of this chain store ever anywhere. First two are the incorrect orders. Third one is the uncooked salty order. Finally, the fourth pic is the pic from their website of the same bowl as the third one. Great experience for someone coming from out of town to a new place first time ever.

Another uneatable order on 10/23/2024 with uncooked rice, uncooked tofu and yesterday it was at least salty today it is raw. Great time in a new city all starved. Check the last photo.

Last day (10/24/2024) for me in Phoenix expected to get some good food. The food was not only bad today I would say the worst food ever I got microwaved stale tasteless odorless and salt less even. Not only that they did not even give the fork or spoon packet to eat today. The food was so bad that I had to trash it and reorder from a different store.

Great experience I had and not sure really why is it said to give nice food.

I like Protein House, I really do, but I’m not impressed with their juices. First off, if I’m paying a lot of money for a large juice, it should be filled all the way to the top—not half juice and the rest pulp. This is unacceptable. The pulp needs to be strained out, and they should make another batch of juice to fill it properly. For the price, this kind of service is disappointing, and I’m giving one star. In today’s economy, dining out is a privilege, and when you spend your hard-earned money only to feel ripped off, it’s really upsetting.

Order from here for lunch at work multiple times per week. Food is healthy, but order accuracy sucks - especially when it comes to the sauces.

Photo is humus which should have been the cilantro lime sauce. If you order extra sauce and pay for it, they always forget it.

I always order from this restaurant on DoorDash, and as a gym-goer, I absolutely love their food. It's my go-to for high-protein meals, shakes, desserts, and more! The meals are healthy, plentiful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something fulfilling and protein-packed!

Excellent food and a menu for everyone! The ingredients are high quality and not full of garbage. When ordering at the kiosk it shows the exact macro breakdown of every item and it's easy to customize. This is the kind of food I always search for when traveling so I hope to see more ProteinHouse restaurants everywhere!

Came here with my family for lunch, we all arrived and ordered at different times. Shop was not particularly busy, but it took 15+ minutes to get each of our one item orders. Multiple staff members were standing around and on their phones. I ordered an açaí bowl and had multiple unblended ice chips. Overall very disappointing experience and we won’t be back

Solid spot for healthy meals! Perfect for grabbing something quick before or after a workout. They’ve got plenty of options, and the portions are legit—fills you up without overdoing it. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
