Fantastic local coffee shop. Love the lattes but for me, their chai is really superb. Nisha provides such warm and friendly service every time my wife and I venture over to hang out.

It's attached to a new apartment complex but luckily they have a free parking garage and there is plenty of seating and natural light. Highly recommend.

This is the second location of Prevail Union and the design is just as elegant, if not better, than the original!
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
The cafe is on the first level of the Bryn House. You can park in the FREE parking garage by the cafe ~ within the apartment complex.
II. SERVICE
Timely. I like that they provide latte art! Makes the feel here more "fancy" to play along with the atmosphere.
III. QUALITY
We got a latte with strawberry syrup. To be honest, we couldn't taste the strawberry, so I don't personally find it worth the extra fee to add to your drink.
IV. CAPACITY
Plenty of available seating during a weekend, midday. I don't think this place is well discovered yet so the crowds are low!

As usual amazing coffee at Prevail. If you’ve been to their location on the east side it’ll feel very familiar, definitely a larger bar to sit at to drink and work from, also plenty of tables and booths to sit at inside. They also have a fairly large patio area with plenty of umbrellas for shade if you’d like to sit outside. The barista also mentioned they plan on starting beer, wine, and cocktail service in about a month.

Theres a parking deck entrance about 30 yards down from prevail, currently there doesn’t seem to be any fee to park there or they just haven’t gotten any signage up yet as the building is quite new. You can either walk back around on the side walk or ring reception from a door in the deck to get let in.

Update as of March 2025: They’re still here and still killing it! They’ve got a small wine list now as well, and after talking to the barista sounds like they should be selling beer here soon too.

TL;DR: Don't try going unless you live in the building.

STAFF | Folks seem great here! Super friendly but were all new to the business.

NO PARKING | There's literally no parking for 2 blocks around. Since it's in an apartment building, there's only resident parking noticed. So I parked at a religious center next door who advised me I wasn't to park there.

CAMERAS ON BAR | This is the strangest of all... There are ring style cameras on the bar looking right at your face.

COFFEE | The coffee is mid at best, yet the setup seemed a mess. Trays and containers everywhere, no organization, and it all seemed half baked.

ATMOSPHERE | The vibe is nice, but its basically the apartment building lobby. The seating area is the reception area, with the front desk and leasing office right there. There were literal apartment tours & selling conversations going on around me.

Hoping the critique allows them to improve.

Service was average. Coffee was terrible! I got the latte and it tasted like milk. Could barely taste the espresso. However, the atmosphere was nice and had great seating. Might need to bring your own coffee though because $8 for a latte that tasted like hot milk was NOT it.

Love this coffee shop! The coffee has a great/strong taste (try the cold brew shot). The environment is great for work or for talking/meeting people. And the Staff are all awesome humans!
