Love the atmosphere! If I lived closer I would definitely bring a book/work to do. Only 4 starts because I thought the two bakery items were just average. However $6 each isn’t horrible. I will be back to try more deserts though!!

Everything was pretty good. The kolotzkies could have been a little better, in my opinion, but the tiramisu and cream puff were delicious. The person helping us was funny. And the regular food side looked a little gross. Not gonna lie, I don't think I'd buy any of it.

I truly believe that a trip to Little Italy without stopping for to go pastry’s from Presti’s Bakery is a trip wasted. I have been going to this bakery for years since i was younger and it has always been absolutely amazing. The staff is always amazing and quick to get through the lines. They have a very efficient numbering system to make sure who comes in first gets served first. This trip we had gotten the Napoleon Cake, Tiramisu, Strawberry Eclair, and Carrot Cake. The Strawberry Eclair was my hands down favorite. It’s so light and airy while also creamy and sweet. The Tiramisu was soft and creamy. The Napoleon Cake was a mixture of both chocolate and vanilla with layers of phyllo pastry. It was delicious. My only miss this trip was the carrot cake, it was good but i have had better. The icing was delicious but the cake itself was just a little dry. All four huge desserts were under $25 out the door, an absolute steal. I will be continuing to return until this place closes their doors (hopefully never). To yourself a favor and come here!!!

Quite good. An extensive selection of Italian cookies and pastries without being excessive. I especially enjoyed the coconut lemon cake- which is not overly sweet and neither the lemon nor coconut flavor overpower. The tiramisu is very nice- not the best I have ever had- but it’s extremely well executed and not overlay sweet. I do wish there had been a stronger rum flavor.

This is definitely worth visiting, if you’re in Cleveland.

This was the highlight of my time in Cleveland. Came for breakfast, had coffee and some pastries while I worked. Ended up staying and having lunch there as well. Everything was delicious, the staff were all helpful with suggestions, and courteous. They use a deli-style “take a number” system that helps keep order and allow you to browse the selections before ordering. Was shocked at how inexpensive everything was as well. All and all can’t wait to be back!

Lots of attitude from the gentleman serving us. Kitchen person was singing "I hate this place" as they walked in and out of the kitchen. Tiramisu was frozen, so couldn't really taste it. That said, coffee was very good and gelato & other desert were very good. Not up to the hype, not worth the wait. Not recommended.
