Absolutely love Prairie Gypsies “Red Hot Lover” Pepper Jelly! I’ve been buying this for years. It never disappoints! The jelly isn’t spicy like it sounds... It is sweet with a tiny bit of kick, and compliments a wide variety of foods. I make their “Gone in 60 Seconds” cheese ball and pour some of the jelly on top. Just like the recipe name it will be gone in a matter of seconds!

I have been traveling LOTS for work lately - and going to some fairly remote locations. That means I don’t know what lunch/dinner options are available once I get to my hotel.

I have started to buy two southwest turkey sandwiches at Will Rogers Airport to take along (all hotels seem to have refrigerators these days!)

They are delish for breakfast, lunch, OR dinner - travel surprisingly well - and have saved me from frozen Mac and Cheese in hotel “pantries.” THANK YOU GYPSIES!!

I’m on trip number four and sandwiches #7 & 8!! YUMMY!!!

Debbie at Prairie Gypsies catered a Fabulous Wedding Reception for us at a local bed and breakfast last weekend. Despite our indecisiveness when we first met and the challenging setting, she stayed with us until we finalized a fabulous menu and developed our plan.

At the buffet we featured her Pecan Crusted Chicken in Creamy Brie Sauce over Rice Pilaf. It was such a hit, guests came back for thirds! She prepared an array of beautiful and delicious side dishes ranging from green and brightly colored salads and fruits to grilled veggies. The Buffet was artfully arranged and food was bountiful and fresh.
She even suggested Mac and Cheese with assorted fresh fruits at our Kiddo's buffet table which was a huge hit with young and old alike!

Debbie's vast catering experience and event knowledge are her hidden treasures though. Beyond creating and serving a delectable feast, she was able to provide the perfect number of servers and advise us on setup and layout to ensure smooth traffic flow and ideal presentation. It really worked! Her expertise was invaluable to us in selecting beverages and even our rentals. She was happy to communicate directly with our rental company, releasing us from worrying about possible oversights we might make.

While I've loved Prairie Gypsies' jams, jellies and other gourmet goodies off the shelves for years, this was my first chance to see them strut their stuff with a full blown Catering Event. They were Impressive, Memorable and So Wonderful to Work With that I'd love to have another party just to see what Debbie would prepare!
Mainly, they really made us look clever for using them!

The ladies at Prairie Gypsies were the most helpful people I encountered when planning my wedding reception. They are vintaged professionals at their work, and this made my day much easier to plan and enjoy. Thank you for all your help and of course the most delicious dinner. We are still receiving compliments.

Prairie Gypsies had the best meal service. Their chicken salad is my favorite. The cookies are to die for.

I had them cater my 50th birthday party. Fantastic food. Great staff. Super friendly. Very responsive with my questions before the event. During the event, there was never a moment when someone had a dirty plate on their table. They were amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

I bought a prepackaged sandwich at the airport and it was amazing. The jalapeno bread was delicious. It tasted fresh and not like a prepackaged grab-and-go.

I tried the ham and swiss sandwich at Will Roger's airport. First it was $9 for a tiny sandwich and I could not eat the thing with how rancid it was.
