My experience with Rentals: Went on the weekend expecting the usual 30-45 minute wait time. Was surprised that the time was around 15 minutes. An employee with name tag “Reese B” helped my two sons and I out and, the service was fantastic. He was engaging and very patient with my two sons. Reese perfectly exemplified what it meant to be a pro in the customer service field, as I’ve been in the field for years. His constant check to make sure my son’s boots were fitted properly complimented the pace at which he did his job. He directed us to the lessons area as well and checked up on us even AFTER we came in, which was phenomenal. Great service, and thank you Reese!

Very sweet place to go. Our family came in and had their children learn on the magic carpet lift - small hill. We would’ve went tubing but the tickets sold out. So order ahead. By the time we left the older kids were on the lower hill and chairlift. My teenager did the larger Mountain. The non skiers of the family hung out in the igloos (rentable) and by the fire pits (free) We ordered the kids french fries, cheeseburgers a chicken sandwich, I was really surprised all were good! We were there in the early evening. Lights and music in the evening we’re fun. Staff were all attentive to helping in every area.

My family visited from Florida and we decided to go snow tubing for our winter activity. The staff was friendly and helpful, we arrived 40 minutes after our scheduled time and they still kept our reservation time for the tubing so we only got 1 hour of tubing instead of 1 hour and 45 minutes, they are pretty strict about their time schedule so just keep that in mind when traveling in groups. They have a small food cart/stand by the igloo, with hot dogs and burger options but we just had a hot chocolate afterwards. The helmets for the tubing are mandatory and they run small, all adults and kids in our group were more comfortable with the XXL size for the helmet. Overall fun for the whole family to enjoy!

This place is a little run down but has absolutely everything you need to enjoy winter on the slopes. Tubing, skiing, snowboarding, lessons, and rentals are all here. Large and small fire pits. Lounge areas and safety are clearly a priority. Perfect for after-school or a weekend visit. Something for everyone.

I took my sons there to go tubing last night. It was fun but there was no coordination to it whatsoever. I paid to start tubing at 7pm and based off the amount of people going downhill, it looked as though the start time didn’t matter. I’d say there’s around 40 lanes. For 200 bucks, I should have had a lane for my family to myself. What’s the point of paying for a time slot if literally everyone can fit in there. In an hours time, we went downhill twice between 7-8:30.

I never write reviews, but I am so disappointed with this establishment and how they ran things with us. We emailed Powder Ridge on booking a large group of 27 tubers ( baseball team winter event) for the day after Christmas. Chris went back and forth with us through email. He agreed on a date and time for us to book and pay our deposit. Just as we went to pay, suddenly that time was booked up and we had to change to the later slot. Sent a deposit in on 12/15 and received confirmation from Chris. On 12/24, two days before our big group was to arrive, we received another email from Chris stating that when he put the deposit in SOMEHOW the reservation was changed to a different date and the session was not booked up. We would need to come a different date or time. How do tell 26 families we now can’t go, or they have to take off work another day last min. They had no problem bumping a large group out who had been booked and paid for 2 weeks, rather than people who clearly booked after us. They didn't care much to cancel us, and we had to disappoint 26 families. This place is not run well and what I have seen on Facebook with all the complaints from friends, it not just their booking situation that has issues! Do better Powder Ridge!

I just did a beginners group ski lesson with two friends and we had an amazing time. The staff were very helpful and our instructors explained everything so clearly. It wasn’t crowded either which made it more relaxing

My kids loved the tubing but felt they didn’t get enough time on the hill. For the money you pay they should have been able to ride down more than 5 times before their time ran out. They only have one magic carpet to bring kids to the top. It took them 20-25 minutes of waiting in line to ride the hill each time. Hopefully they put in another carpet to get people moving quicker. If they don’t add another carpet next year we definitely won’t be back. Such a shame.
