We went to an evening wedding here and decided to spend the night. The room was clean. The bed was not comfortable. There was a scorpion in the shower. It is okay for a camping-hiking kind of hotel, but the shared common room is an odd configuration if you are not with family or friends. They said all rooms were booked but our lodge had no other tenants. We paid way way too much for these accommodations. I would not recommend staying there. The grounds are very picturesque, however, so a hike in the woods would be enjoyable. We did the zipline a few years ago, and it was fun. The structures were rickety, however. Perhaps they have improved them since then.

My daughter recently had her wedding weekend at Post Oak Lodge. We stayed at one of the big lodges for the weekend and had the wedding and reception in the main lodge on Saturday.
It was amazing! Every single staff member we dealt with was very accommodating and friendly. They covered all the details. The catering staff was wonderful and the food was beyond our expectations. The grounds are so pretty. It truly couldn't have been a more perfect weekend, wedding, and reception.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Stephanie for all she did to help me in the planning of the graduation party for our grandson.

Stephanie made the process and the decision to host our family at Post Oak Lodge so easy! It was the perfect location. Her responsiveness and flexibility kept my stress to a minimum!! She absolutely went above and beyond.

I also have to praise the staff. Wow! Talk about excellent customer service. They ALL went the extra mile from check in to checking out.

I want to praise the dining staff as well. They were all so friendly and accommodating. That is a rare experience these days. Kudos to the chef! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. No one went away hungry or disappointed.

We will definitely be back in the future.

Our family reunion at Post Oak was a wonderful time, enjoyed by old and young. The facility was clean and everything we needed. Bedrooms are comfortable. The outdoor grounds are beautiful! Also appreciated the prompt and courteous communication with the staff. We plan to return again!

We had our Church parish priest's retirement party here. It was a great party in spite of all the issues. The place is in the GilcreaseHills area. It's an ok place with several medium-sized banquet rooms adjoined. The food was so-so, and they kept running out of everything despite knowing the exact head count from the RSVPs. It's like they didn't have a clue. The service was spotty. All in all, it was just ok.
Honestly, whether it was an off day or it was something unknown, I wouldn't use this place again.
