I've been to the Scottsdale location and always had a good experience. I saw this location and was excited to take my family. At this location, we were sat right away. It was busy, so I understood that it took our server a little bit to take our drink order. Once our server arrived, he took our drink order and asked if we wanted anything to start off with. We ordered a board, and my husband ordered a salmon board. We said he would put that in and come back to take our order. Another staff member delivered our drinks, another delivered our food. Once our appetizers arrived, I realized we never got silverware or napkins. I had to flag someone down for it. We kept waiting for our server to return so we could place our actual food order and our daughter's meal. My daughter kept saying she was hungry, and I wasn't sure why our server never came back. We tried to give her some of the appetizers, but she didn't want any, so we waited. He finally came back after being M.I.A for nearly our whole time. I then let him know we wanted to order a meal for our daughter and would have liked a drink refill. At this point, we no longer wanted to order anything else. It took another while till our daughters meal came out since it was busy. He then came by and gave us our refill and the check. At that point, I just wanted to leave. I was highly disappointed in the service. The food was good but the service needs work.

First time at this location, but it was amazing as always, it was a busy Saturday but food was prepared very quickly and staff was accommodating. Weather was nice so we sat outside with our puppy and they are always great at getting her water! Im sure I will be back soon!

This place had excellent food. Unfortunately our waiter had too many tables and it took forever to get every aspect of our meal from drinks, ordering the main meal, never refilled my drink, our check to leave. But overall I would come back to this place The food was excellent and I'm sure they'll improve the service.

My first time ever trying Postinos. Server expected you to know what the food was and not very helpful explaining even though he saw we were all struggling. The girls all standing at the podium were very rude. It was hard to order but regardless food came out and it was pretty good. Great location especially if you’re sitting by the window or open area.

It was our first time at Postino and we were met with amazing service and even better food and drinks. Altogether we had five different bruschetta s and the charcuterie board and it was Al amazing the smoked Gouda was phenomenal.

Highly recommend Postino East for casual drinks and a tapas style experience!

it was really loud when we arrived for lunch. There was a fly in the restaurant which was kind of annoying, but it is an indoor outdoor so it’s to be expected. We celebrated a birthday lunch. We actually decided to share an appetizer and a board. Our waiter offered a free donut type dessert however they were not cooked all the way through, but they gave you enough that if you ate the outside of the dessert it was just fine. I would like to add they asked if we had any food allergies. I think that's nice gesture. Overall our experience was good.

I had bruschetta delivered from this location and the order was poorly packaged, the pieces of bruschetta were TINY and barely had any goat cheese or pepper jam, and the tomatoes were not ripe and tasted very gross. Very disappointed with the quality and it was definitely not worth the price point.

Our favorite goto spot when attending performances at the Hale Theatre! Our server Ethan was amazing. Highly recommend the steak and chicken bites appetizer and you must try the mushroom fondue. The Italian Beef Panini was also excellent. Donut dots for dessert were really good and off to the theater we go. We really enjoyed their Happy Hour too. We had two wine drinkers and two beer drinkers and we were all happy. (Great value on the Happy Hour too.)
