When there at 9:40pm and the shift-lead Teresa didn’t want to do her Job insisting we choose from what she had cooked because she didn’t want to cook anything else. Once I asked for the manager info she changed her attitude and was asking me why I wanted to report her. Very poor customer service. The location didn’t close until 10:30pm.
Why is she presenting herself with name tag on sideways?

Ordered Honey BBQ wings and this is what I got! Then got laughed at by the girl that made mu order when I asked for sauce on my wings! I mean that rude not to mention false advertisement!

I was advised they may not have the chicken to fill my order. The lady Theresa that waited on me was rude and disrespectful, like how dare I bother her. However the lady before me and the one after were met with smiles. The lady behind me was able to get her order before me. Then I was informed they couldn’t fill my order. Interesting. I think it was a “colorful” display indeed. I will not be back there again. The restaurant I went to after was happy for me to spend my money with them.

Went to pick up catered order. I told the young nonchalant cashier the name SHE was terrible and probably shouldn't be on the register. However, I heard a gentleman in the back say the name of my catering order and then he came into the lobby to get a drink. I asked him about my order and he said yes. He then told the lady in the back that I was there to pick it up. It got better from there. The service was excellent. I was asked about sauces, utensils, and everything else. I was even asked if I needed assistance to the car.

It was late and there was a line out the door, but these ladies and gents kept a super southern-friendly and professional attitude, made bang-on great Popeyes food, and fresh sweet tea. I couldn't be happier and I hope everyone there knows love and finds whatever riches they desire. It was that good.

The food came out pretty fast and it was tasty.. I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with the Cajun Fries.. the employee that took my order seemed indifferent and unenthusiastic.. the inside tables seemed pretty clean but the floor wasn't.. it needed sweeping and mopping as there was straw wrappers on it as well as a spilled drink with footprints across it which was very sticky.. which makes one question the cleanliness where they prepare the food.. they weren't that busy when I first got there but a steady stream of customers began to come in..

I saw this Popeye sign on the highway and I decided to come in and get some chicken. I didn't really know what I wanted to eat and I know I didn't want a hamburger. This area had a lot parking lot and plenty of handicapped parking. I entered through one of the double doors on the front and I was greeted by one of the ladies behind the counter. It is always nice to see a friendly face and be greeted like your returning friend when you go to some of these roadside places after traveling all day. I felt like she knew me and I felt more comfortable ordering my food. The lady brightened up my day just by being friendly and the only person I had talked to for over 4 hours. My food took a while to get it finished but she delivered the box with a smile and apologized for taking the extra time to get it prepared. I think workers forget that they are first contact for their business and their business thrives when the workers are happy and friendly and greet travelers like me with a smile. I made a permanent bookmark to stop here at this location on my next trip through the area.

I was not greeted upong entrance. I waited 15 mins for my order to be taken.Teresa lied and Stated chicken would take a while to cook and there was only spicy chicken. Cook stated it would only be 3 mins. Overall customer service was not good.
