What a beautiful resort! We had a wonderful time at Poco Diablo, The staff were so warm and inviting. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were sufficient for what we needed. Nothing fancy but it worked for us. Dog friendly and plenty of places to walk them around ♥️ cozy fire pit to warm up on a cold night. We will absolutely be back! Only giving four stars because both ice machines and soda machines were not working

We had a great stay here. The hotel is located in the heart of everything. The rooms accomodated us perfectly. FYI the pool is heated. William at front desk a really awesome person. He would ask us every every evening how our day was and would give us suggestions for the next day. He genuinely cared!!

Had a stay here a few weeks back. For the amount you're paying it is incredibly underwhelming with very few amenities. The rooms are extremely outdated. The carpet is very dirty and you can tell the room hasn't had a proper update in a long time. Television is in the room however it is just cable with no connectivity to any streaming services. Bathrooms are functional but very much dated as well. There is no complimentary breakfast however there is an overpriced on site restaurant. Our room had a fireplace which we needed to call maintenance multiple times to come re ignite the pilot light for. They do not offer regular room cleaning and you need to call 24 hours in advance to request this.

The resort grounds are very nice. Wifi worked well. It is in a good location. The maintenance staff was very nice as well. However, the main reason for the 1 star review is despite how expensive the hotel is, they add a $25/day charge onto your total stay for a "resort fee". This would make sense if it felt like a resort and not like a Holiday Inn Express with a nice view.

The resort was beautiful tranquil and has a great view. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant was delicious but only open for Brunch and Dinner. Unfortunately there's no store or amenities sold on site, so you will have to drive for anthing you my need. The room a bit dated. It was nice only because it has a hottub, fireplace and great view. The tub in the bathroom needs refinishing and the jacuzzi is super loud when turned on. The walls are paper thin.Which was not ideal for Valentines night. We decorated the room for the holiday so over all it was a enjoyable experience.

My wife and I went to Sedona and decided to stay in this hotel which is a located a few miles before Sedona when driving from Phoenix. This is more a hotel than a resort or spa. The place is beautiful, clean and well maintained, in a great location and surroundings. We stayed in a large room in the second floor in front of the swimming pool. Room was very comfortable, good TV (not too big) frigobar, A/C, varanda. The bathroom was nice, with one additional sink outside the bathroom, which was very convenient as my wife and I could use one sink each one. Despite of cold weather (but sunny and blue sky), I enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi (don't miss it). The place has plenty of parking space. Check in and check out very efficient, friendly people working there. We didn't use the restaurant, we decided to eat in town, including breakfast. But it seems that the hotel restaurant is nice. I saw other reviews, but we have nothing to complain. We booked this place as a hotel, not as a resort or spa, so the rates were really good for the size and quality of room and the pool/jacuzzi.

Quick check-in, but there was no additional communication on what amenities are available and where anything was located. We asked before arrival if they could do something special for our anniversary, but they told us they needed weeks in advance which we found out was untrue because a family member called in to order us champagne and chocolate covered roses for our engagement. Room was not up to date, and did not seem too clean unfortunately. Our fireplace in our room did not work, so it was a big inconvenience to call someone every day to turn it on. Location was great, but other than that I would not recommend.

The king room with the cozy fireplace and gorgeous mountain view is terrific and super comfy! We love how the hotel restaurants serve delicious food in such a romantic setting. Using the tennis court for free from 9 am to 4 pm daily is also a great opportunity! The location is fantastic; it's just 10 minutes from a busy downtown, inside a quiet park with mini lakes with ducks, and close to all the fun activities and trails. Plus, the room prices are affordable, which makes our stay even better!

This was a remarkable stay!! There were some hiccups at the beginning, but the staff went out of their way to rectify everything, and we didn’t even have to ask. We were more than willing to let things go… allow grace for miscommunications and maintenance… but the desk staff Ritchie, Casey? And manager Carolina could not have been more pleased to assist us… the room with a jacuzzi tub made for one of the most beautiful and romantic stays we could ever hope for. Their in-house restaurant and wine selection was stellar, the grounds and rooms were immaculately clean and kept, but by far it was the staff who made the difference! Incredible attention to detail and spectacular customer service! 100% recommend, 10/10! Thank you so much for the stay! -J and D
