Negative customer service. Voicemail full for days on end, really hard to get in touch with. Sent us an application and then when we filled it out we’re denied because they claim to require “ a 2005 or newer rig” when our trailer was completely renovated in 2021. We sent detailed personal info and spent a long timing filling out the application— a big deal breaker like age should be communicated immediately (and often is listen on RV park websites). We’re a queer artist couple and this smells like discrimination, and previous comments elude to this issue as well.

Only 10 minutes from downtown Tillamook which was convenient. We got there after hours and our site map was on the door. We parked and realized we had no cell service, went to look for the WiFi password, it was no where to be found. I emailed them (Friday night) and never got a response. We left Sunday morning. Not great service for people who work on the road. Great dog area. Full timer RVs are poorly taken care of and really disgusting.

We are having an excellent stay here. Arrived 10 days ago, we hope to stay another two months. Very peaceful and quiet, the staff here works hard to keep the place nice. Shelly in the office is efficient and easy to work with. Great dog run and playground. Excellent laundry facility. Park is located near town and the ocean. Great WiFi. Lots of trees and grass. Couldn't be nicer.

I always like to post something positive.....the front desk lady was nice, the grounds were attractive once you went out to the perimeter. Laundry was fine. The sites are on top of each other and most here are full timers. Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy......hair all over the floor. The grounds keeper was mowing at 530pm and couldn't do our grass area. He did it the next day while we were gone and there were grass clippings in all our belongings that were outside. We would have moved our things had we been asked.
Also the bunnies and large amount of stray cats was cute, but if you have a dog, it may be a bit distracting.

Quiet place, they have quite a few permanent residents but these are set up in specific rows. All those we met were nice and friendly. Our transient row of some dozen slots was never occupied by more than two other rigs. ||WIFI and cell service very limited throughout this area south of Tillamook. We depended on trips to the town's Fred Meyer store for decent connectivity. The cable TV service in park was fine.||Bathroom facilities were super clean with plenty hot water.||Previous review noted short spacing between slots. True. The utilities were all totally functional.||Yes, the famous wild rabbit population is still there.||Easy access to Tillamook town, to the interesting coast areas out west and north of town.||The famous Tillamook Creamery was closed due CV19. The nearby Blue Heron was open, had an extensive shop. ||Grocery shopping at Tillamook Safeway and Fred Meyer.||We were impressed by Garibaldi's "Myrtle Wood Shop". Distinctive art work and decorative household items.

Beautiful quiet place, lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. Two rivers (Tillamook and Munson Creek) that are just right to relax next to, very large fenced in dog run, spots gravel but well leveled. Nice & friendly staff. Little store in office that stocks practically everything you could need, chain grocery stores & restaurants about 7 miles north on Hwy 101 in Tillamook Great WiFi throughout the park. Clean restroom/shower building that is also where guest laundry is located.||*****Read reviews carefully, many are from up to 5 or 6 years ago. Brand new owners are working hard to make the RV park even more beautiful!*****

Well this certainly isn't "the nicest RV park on the Oregon Coast" like the business claims. Let me list why...

The pads are very close together, and ours was not level at all, and they were covered in sharp shale rocks which isn't great for tires or for dropping stabilizer jacks.

They claim there is wifi available (which was a dealbreaker for us because there was zero cell service) but their signal SUCKS and the time I had it (only about 10% of our stay) it was VERY slow, even when I had to inconveniently walk to the office area where the router was.

They are dog friendly in terms of their gated doggy run but dog owners beware that there are loose pet cats running around all over and also feral domesticated rabbits EVERYWHERE. My dog that has a strong prey drive was driven insane just going right outside our camper to pee. It was a huge nuisance and very unenjoyable.

We were happy about having washers and dryers on site but the first one we spent 1.75 on to use didn't have any heat and wasted 2 hours of our time, and 1.75 since the office was closed and wasn't available to give a refund.

The supposedly spotless private restrooms were out of order.

This wasn't a huge deal but was definitely another annoyance, we had to listen to the groundskeeper running an antique steam roller all over and it was loud and smokey.

Lastly, three sherriff's showed up for a problem tenant, probably one of the many permanent residents.

We feel like we way over paid for this subpar experience, and I honestly would never recommend it.

This place has been my go to in the area for years now and I thought I'd write a review. I stay in their cabin and it is always clean and comfortable. The tv is really a nice thing as is the fridge. I am always refreshed here after a few nights of tent camping. I also always use the laundry. The facilities are clean and perfect. Thanks for always being there for me on my cross country trips.
