Wow... just wow! Staff was awesome, kind, and helpful. Some workers are new and learning, but that is how you become the best. I see some reviews complaining about "training. "... they are, and it will take a learning curve to "get it." The next time you want to complain, maybe ask for a job since you know everything about a coffee shop. It's called patience and showing grace to others. Anyways, I digress.
The owner, Julie, is amazing and a super hard worker. She is great with her employees, and her sweet personality has rubbed off on her workers. Thank you for all your hard work! Know that my family will be praying for your back surgery. ? ?

This is the best PJ'S I have been to yet!

This location just opened, so growing pains are expected. Staff is always very pleasant and seem to stay busy. I can't speak to the other review experiences, but I fortunately have never had too long of a wait even when I don't order in advance. Just like with a lot of coffee shops it's often much better/quicker to order an advance with the app, which I like here. I have not gotten any food or any sweet drinks here, but I can say that their americanos (espresso) are good and better than Starbucks. It doesn't get much more conveniently located than this location, and we've needed something a long 72 going into Huntsville for a long time now.

It's not that it's horrible, I mean $5 for a frozen hot chocolate and $5 for a hot mocha, that's not absurd by any measure. The problem is the 20 minute wait, that's not an exaggeration, we timed it from the receipt in hand to drink in hand. If you are in a rush in the morning I'd wait until they get the training down and they are more fluid. Definitely alright to be the only designated coffee shop around here, we'll see how they do ?

I love PJ’s so I was excited to see this one opening. I’ve been twice since opening and I’ve been disappointed both times.

Do not attempt to visit this place unless you are willing to spend at least 30 minutes in the drive through or want to dine in and don’t mind a long wait. This store should not have opened without more training for the staff. While staff are nice, they obviously do not know the menu at all. They also have no sense of organization or urgency. It’s clear they were just thrown into this job. Please do a better job training your staff!

I won’t be back until they’re able to improve their timing and accuracy.

This PJ’s Coffee location does not deserve your hard earned money. The service here was abysmally slow and outright terrible. There were three employees working, and not one of them seemed to know how to run a coffee shop. It took an unbelievable 10 minutes just to place an order, and we ended up waiting a whopping 30 minutes for three drinks—two of which were as simple as water and a mocha granita! Only one drink even needed a blender. I wish I could give zero stars. Honestly, it felt like they imported the coffee all the way from New Orleans, judging by how long it took in this random Alabama location. Save your time and money—there are much better places to grab a coffee.

Came here last week. Ordered a croissant with a cappuccino. The croissant was not cooked all the way - literally raw dough inside. Thank God I broke it in half before eating it. And the cappuccino was so hot that it burnt my mouth (and I’m a hot coffee drinker). Once it cooled, it just tasted like nasty burnt coffee. Wanted to love it 🙁

Such a cute store!! Every minute we have to wait for beignets or our drinks is worth it. It’s clear the baristas are working hard every time there is a rush to get out orders. I heard things weren’t smooth when it first opened, but it’s much better now! We love the granitas and iced lattes!!! And especially the beignets!!! I talked to the owners briefly and it’s obvious they are passionate about the store as well. The velvet ices are better than a Starbucks frappe because they actually have coffee in it (look it up— no coffee at Starbucks! Can you believe it?) Keep up the good work PJ’s, you definitely have at least one life long customer!!!
