Really good pizza is hard to find, so when you do find it it is hard to order anything else. I have probably ordered the pepperoni pizza from here the last five times I visited. I ask for it a little well done and it always arrives as pizza perfection. If you haven’t been to Pizzicata and are in the area, I strongly recommend the visit. The food is great and staff and service are always awesome. 👏

Fun little spot. Was slow the day we went in, but the service was friendly and the food and drinks were great. I highly recommend the viola pizza, it was delicious. The pizza crust was really good too, thin, nicely cooked undercarriage,zero flop, nice crunch, great taste, maybe a little too much aioli sauce on top but I still enjoyed it. Moscow mule was good and the kids enjoyed a simple butter noodles. If you are looking for a pizza stop in Carefree/North Scottsdale, check this one out.

Pizza is very personal, but you can't argue it when the flavors are there. The meat lovers and the spicy pepperoni were great. Garlic bread and Two smalls were a good size order for Dad, mom and teenage son. Quiet , friendly, quick, and nice outdoor patio. Nice desert selection even if that is all you are looking for.

Just discovered this great little gem! Ordered the Margherita and it was phenomenal! The crust is unlike anything I’ve ever had; crispy, but fluffy. Sauce was flavorful and cheese was creamy and delish! Our server was very good and personable…also a dog lover, we learned. Atmosphere has a great vibe, relaxing and laid back. Feels like you’re in someone’s nice backyard. Will definitely frequent again and again!

Authentic Italian family owned. We had the pizza - very good crust. Eggplant Parma - a bit cold but delish. Tortellini pasta with cream sauce and sausage - very good.The calamari with shrimp was fantastic. Wine selection was good too. Temperature was a bit warm. Open environment. Hopefully they use the A/C when it’s warmer out. We’ll return for another meal.

We had a reservation for Christmas Eve for 6:15, we ordered pretty quick and did not get our food by 8:00 PM!!! UNBELIEVABLE. We ended leaving soon after with no hope. The service and hospitality was AWFUL, zero empathy from the server and manager, UNREAL. We got few updates, and ZERO REFILLS. Worst service of all time, the appetizers we did get near the beginning also weren’t worth going here anyway!! 0 apologies, 0 attempts to make it right when we displayed unhappiness. AWFUL

No we had appetizers, 3 of them and they were not good. This is not my third 1-star, the other review is not from me, not sure why you would assume we were the only family to have an issue! We understand if it’s busy, our biggest issue was the lack of hospitality, few apologies and no effort to make it right. Good restaurant managers would’ve offered to make things better, instead the server was rude and the manager was entitled. Also not fair to say “wait longer than usual” it was a 2 hour wait and it would’ve taken much longer if we stayed that is never acceptable. Also it’s something if a one-off occurrence happened but it was explained to us as the kitchen was too small to handle the orders… unless this place Is brand new, they should be able to expect the amount of orders on a holiday or else say no to reservations. Logistical nightmare

Friendly staff, excellent drinks, and service. Our bartender/waitress makes a superior cocktail! Most importantly, great food! You must try the Beef Short Rib Ravioli dinner. It is delicious! Love Pizzicata

We loved everything about our visit! The waitress was attentive in just the right amount. Four different pizzas, all delicious and the crust was amazing. Will definitely make it a regular stop!
