The service is terrific. The food outstanding. We had a pizza with mushrooms & grilled chicken that was loaded with toppings. The cheese tortellini with tomato cream was awesome. The first tortellini that I could actually taste the cheese. The sausage, corn & tomato soup was like nothing I had before. Could easily be a meal.

Let me start off saying, "Try the diablo sauce." It's definitely not hot or anything. But this red sauce has a spiciness that makes the pizza. I also really like the crispy pepperonis. They're baked on TOP of the cheese, which gave it a great little crunch.
Having said that. Overall it was good pizza & pasta. We chose the cavatelli, which I'd never had, and liked it a lot.
The issues come in with the white cheese sauce, which lacked richness & salty bite. I'd call it better than most; but, far from the superior white sauce we've had in the past.
And although the pizza crust was good, again just nothing on the level of the chewy crunch you get from a high quality pizza.
Oh, for an appetizer we tried the sausage stuffed banana peppers. Honestly, they were just ok. The peppers were juicy & the chunk of sausage kind of hard & bland.
I'd call this a better than average restaurant; but, your best bet is to hit up Little Italy nearby.

My takeout order was burnt . DID NOT ENJOY 😕 luckily I got a salad that I could eat . I live 20 minutes away you want me to call so they can fix it? And me drive all the way back to get it? Why was it sent out burnt in the first place? If you don't want someone placing photo reviews on your Google then don't send out food like this

Tried this local place. I sat in a booth on the bar side of the restaurant (no windows, meh lighting). There is nice outdoor seating and a brighter dining room with booths, tables and high tops. I enjoyed a decent martini but was disappointed with the saran-wrapped focaccia and the iceberg with shredded white cheese that was billed as a side salad. The chicken piccata was an interpretation of the real recipe but was tasty. This is not an authentic Italian place; it is a real Ohio-Italian family joint. Good value for the money. Not a fancy night-out place. Will come again. Note to kitchen: trim the woody end of the asparagus before you cook it.

Second visit: Fabulous Gnocchi Abruzzi. Highly recommended. But no one wants to smell Clorox while they are eating. Consider wiping down tables with something odorless.

During a recent visit to see my mother, she wanted to take us to one of her favorite spots, Pizzazz on the Circle. We arrived early, as she likes to eat on the earlier side, but the place quickly filled up, and I could see why—it has a great atmosphere.

Both my wife and mom really enjoyed their salads, which were fresh and flavorful. As for me, I went with the Spinach & Mushroom Calzone, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of the meal! The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, Pizzazz on the Circle is a solid choice for a meal. It’s a bit busy, especially later in the evening, but the food and service more than make up for it. I’d happily return next time I’m in town!

Love the food, staff, and atmosphere! Always fresh ingredients. The staff are courteous to the patrons and the food delivery service drivers. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best pizza in town!

I have visited Pizzaz since childhood, I love the food and almost everything on the menu is a hit( skip the tacos). But on my most recent visit 2/2/25 I was really disappointed by the amount of single use plastic. We sat in the bar section and got lunch that included a salad, a hamburger and a pizza. No food issues however, the bread was brought out with each piece of for focaccia being individual wrapped in single use plastic baggies, with single use butters, my salad dressing came with two single use 2oz plastic containers with lids on them, the ketchup for the burger was another 1oz single use plastic container with a lid. It felt so wasteful and I hate that.
