Bbq chick pizza was under cooked, cheese was not completely melted, chicken was under cooked. They differently rushed this through the oven. The potatoe skin pizza looked fine, but the potatoes were not cooked very well. The white pizza was the only pizza from this order that didnt require additional cooking, but i was damaged. Someone pressed the sauce cup into the middle and then scraped it across the pizza removing a section of cheese. We spent $78 on this order and will probably be the last time we give you our business.

One of my favorite mid Ohio pizza places! Extra sauce well done is the way to go here. Rejuvenates the soul.

My son has been begging me to take him here since he had it for the first time with his dad. It was my mom and I's first time and let me tell you, everything about our experience was wonderful. Food was so amazing and fresh and spaced out perfectly. (The meatball sub was sooo good!) The whole staff was welcoming and the place was clean. Nikki P. Was our server! She was personable and her table maintenance was on point. Thank you Nikki and staff for making our first dinning experience here a memorable one (we are still talking about it!) We will definitely be back!

Ordered a pizza from pizza cottage for myself and my hospital buddies, BLT, off DoorDash. I proceeded to get the wrong order, a pepperoni pizza and not a BLT, I requested to receive my order again and gave me the pizza raw, with all the ingredients separated. I’m disappointed in this establishment inability to handle customer service issues, I will not be visiting this establishment in the future.

I submitted my survey several days ago, but did not get around to calling the store until today 01/09/25. Basically this past Sunday I placed what would be my 2nd order with you all since you opened up in my back yard. I had originally tried the Italian Sub and I was very satisfied with it, however I decided to try something different (which I don't typically do), I ordered Whole Ruthies Way. This was on Jan 6th around 7:30pm. The young lady who waited on me at the window, no problems at that point. Upon getting home and trying the sub, I didn't like it. It was tasteless to me, I tried adding more mayo, salt, pepper, still it just wasn't to my liking. I received a survey from you all and noted that I hav preserved the leftover portion of the sub and that I was going to take it back to the store to exchange it for the Italian sub that I knew I did enjoy. I work 10 hour shifts, so it wasn't until today my day off that I decided to make the exchange. I checked my email and I had not received any response on my survey submission, so I just called the store. I explained to the first person that I talked to that I wanted to exchange my sub and she forwarded me to Darion Female manager. Basically I was told by Darion that there was no way that she could do anything like what I was asking. She never asked me about the sandwich or why there was such a delay in me calling, she just honestly made me feel like I was trying to get something for nothing, and this was not the case. Had I been eating in and didn't like something I ordered, I would have been offered something different. End of story. I still have most of the uneaten sub still packaged and I informed her that I would bring it back when I came for the exchange. "Sorry Sir, there's "Nothing" I can do in this scenario. Really, bad move on her part and the Pizza Cottage if this is indeed company policy. I have been a resident of Grove City for almost 30 years and I have never been so put off by a new establishments presence during the Honeymoon period. Nothing I can do, you could have asked additional questions before shutting down the conversation, and the right thing would have been to accept back the sub I didn't like and simply exchange it for the one that I did. Wow, I guess I'm glad I figured this out early on and this is 1 customer that you don't have to worry about going forward. I have that you don't have the ability for me to upload a picture of what I was bring back to exchange, but I think Google Reviews does. Your menu seems to have alot of specialty items on it and to have a reputation of not allowing your customers to just simply not like something is not going to sit well in this small city. Came in, was told only one staff member, several parties so it would be about 20 minutes before seated. Finally seated, no drinks offered and could tell by the others sitting unserved it would be a long wait. We left.

Decided to check the Pizza Cottage out today. Not very many people there. We ordered a medium 1/2 pepperoni/mushroom and 1/2 peppers/mushrooms. Also got a garlic cheese bread. The garlic cheese bread was pretty good, plenty of cheese on top. The star of it was the dipping sauce, had crushed tomatoes with a nice spice in it. The pizza was a little too thin for me, a good amount of cheese which could have been cooked just a little longer, good amount of mushrooms, the pepperoni they are using had very little flavor to it. It curled up like Ezzo’s but no taste. On to service which was totally lacking. Not a whole lot of people in the place but the servers were all out of site the majority of the time. Our server Justice went missing after delivering the check, another server went by us a number of times and finally asked where our server was. She finally tracked her down so we could pay our bill. Also be aware they have a supply chain surcharge they add to your bill.

Delicious! And the staff is so nice! We did a pizza tournament and ordered pizza from 5 different spots in Grove City, and we all agreed that Pizza Cottage was the best one. I wish I lived here to eat it all the time! We did a standard pepperoni pizza from each place
