I have been waiting to do my review to see if the owners would do the right thing and at least give us a partial refund, they did not. We booked a 2 night stay at cabin 2, with a hot tub. We showed up at 4pm for check in, the hot tub was cold, all the towels and sheets were dirty and the beds not made. We called the number and told them and offered that if someone could just bring laundry detergent then we would wash all the linens and towels so they didnt have to have someone come. 3hrs and multiple calls later someone showed up with no laundry detergent offering to mop the floor and clean the bathroom. I told them the situation and they were apologetic and explained they forgot to come clean the cabin. I asked again for laundry detergent because by this time we are ready for bed but still have no clean sheets. She went down to Dwights cabin and 45 min later came back with detergent and said she was so sorry and would contact the owners regarding us getting at least one night refunded since the cabin wasn't cleaned and we couldnt use the hot tub. No one contacted us to apologize or anything, it seems they just cared about getting the money after their customers cleaned the cabin for them. Do not recommend.

We just got home from staying in the eagles nest cabin#3. We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin is clean,cozy and peaceful. Dwight the caretaker was very helpful and is there to help if you needed anything. Would surely recommend this place for a stay. We've found a new great place to stay . Pet friendly, with gates included for patio openings.

Go to place to stay when coming up to Pinetop! Love the outdoor spaces to grill and relax on the decks! Very close to all the great places to eat!

Great location. Beautiful views. Cabin had everything we needed and plenty of room. Dwight is an awesome host, very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. The owners were very nice as well. Had a great time with my girlfriend and our two dogs. Very reasonably priced. I have stayed at worse cabins for more money. This place is my favorite so far.

If I could image my perfect cabin in the woods, it would not be as nice as these because I forgot to imagine a caretaker that keeps it in perfect condition and high-speed internet wi-fi and streaming. The attraction in the area is the natural woods and mountains. Here I was not just visiting but part of it. Yes, it is rustic, but that is the point.

Very roomy, clean. We were in Ski Cabin, #4. The deck was large and had some sun and shade throughout the afternoon. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.
We were greeted by Dwight, the Cabin Host, and he is the friendliest down to earth guy one could meet. He told us he was available for anything we needed, and we actually took him up on one request that I did not think would be a go, but it sure was!
The location is walkable (.5 mi) to several places, Charlie Clark's steakhouse, Eddies country store, Red Devil and Munich Haus. Of course, a ride is a bit quicker.

This is my wife and my 4th time at the cabins and we just love them. The staff is amazing and the location is perfect. Far enough out of town but still close enough to get everywhere quickly. We will always choose Pinetop Vista Cabins when we head up the mountain from the valley.

We've stayed here several times over the last few years and we love it! The owners are very easy to do business with. The rates are fair. And the cabins... The cabins are WONDERFUL! They're decorated so cute! They come stocked with several amenities but if there's something you have to have, plan to pack it. If there's something you need help with, they get on it immediately. The environment is beautiful. You honestly forget you're a short drive from a nice sized town. We are always planning our next stay here.
