Super amazing staff and very friendly! I recommend this place for a good and safe stay. Then rooms are super clean and beds are very comfy. Everything is clean and smells fresh. What a wonderful hotel; all amenities in the room. Comfortable bed, great TV, fridge, iron, freezer. Hot shower and bath. Pet and service animal friendly. Even nice outside area. And I didn't even use the hot tub or pool!

Great room and a great price! The hot tub was nice and the king sized bed was comfy. My partner and I will 100% stay here again the next time we’re up in Pinetop.

Positive: Clean but bed hard. Negative: handicapped access with I requested for 2 queen beds. Got one king bed. Had problems opening door. I paid for 2 nights but left after first nite. Stayed in room 5 hours total.

I've stayed here before, for a wedding. We had a room with 3 queen beds, for time for that many beds. This time was for Thanksgiving. Was nice again. I waited too long at the front desk to check in, I ended up calling. Every time I went to the office no one was there. But as soon as I use the phone at the front office someone came. Seems a little short staffed. Otherwise, all the staff were very nice which saved them not being there.

This is a nice place to stay for the price. The people are super nice! The rooms are clean. You can tell they’ve recently been remodeled. You have a full size fridge in your room! Just cute in general. There’s a grill on the side of the building. We didn’t use it but was nice to see it was there. My mom and myself stayed here for an overnight trip for my birthday. And we were very pleased! Thank you for a nice stay.
