Excellent stay, great fishing, dog and family loved it. Perfect access to food and amenities. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. With that said I am going back! ||The lake is loaded with fish. Caught bass, huge bluegill and catfish.

2 Beautiful Clean( Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms),Cabins on a Private Lake. Friendly hosts, cabins fully stocked, AC/Heat , Multiple largeTVs, Movies, etc. I caught (3) large(3-5# Catfish), and many Bluegill in 2 days . Great FUN, and the BEST LOCATION!!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying in both the two bedroom and the one bedroom Cottage is. They are both just what you need for a cozy getaway that brings all of the outdoor elements to you but still allows a very picky lady like me to have the most comfortable amenities as well! The fishing has always been perfect. My husband and I especially enjoy the one bedroom Lakefront that we stayed and during our last visit. Just a walk it down the stairs and you're ready to put your pull out and get your catch of the day!! You WILL NOT be disappointed.

VERY well-equipped and QUIET! We stayed in the Lakeview. We didn't have to fuss with anything so it allowed us to spend more time relaxing and enjoying our time there. The pond is set up to hang out by with tables and chairs and a swing and the ducks are adorable. Definitely going to stay again.

I love Fred's lake, caught some great fish, back then, it was open to the public, now I live in Vernon and wish I could take my wife fishing there without having to rent the cottage, wish it was still open to the pubic, my family and I would spend the entire summer at Fred's lake
