I was going to be cordial with my experience at this location. Unfortunately the husband/wife management team showed ZERO compassion for our situation as we departed after 4 weeks.
Don’t let there online photos of the rooms fool you. The building is 41 years old with dirty driveways, walkways, no ice machine, exposed wires outside, extension cords, some old updated tile, sinks, and consistent paint to mask the infestation of COCKROACHES AND BED BUGS. Being in between place, I was offered a room with a broken front window. I was told it was in the process of being replaced. I accepted the room for my family. Hey, I’m easy to work with! So what the heck. I acquired about the window a couple of times to be repaired and was told that it had to be fixed by some professional that they were unable to touch it. Now my kids myself, my wife having to listen to the trains for the last four weeks was unacceptable unimaginable and just downright unpleasant.
I wouldn’t recommend singles, couples, or Families to stay here.

I just thought Id stop by to give a huge shoutout to Pinecrest Inn and Suites. I currently stay here as an extended stay customer. Contrary to Gregs review, my experience here has been amazing. First off when we first came in October, we were offered the room with the broken window. It was explained to us the glass was special order and it was set to be repaired soon. We were there a few days and it was promptly replaced. Since I have been here, they have had professional pest control come twice to get the room under control. Upon moving into the room I purchased my own insecticide and the problem was gone pretty quickly. Seems as if Greg may have contributed to the problem. Additionally the husband and wife team that are running the place are extremely compassionate and care about everyone staying here. They come give us room cleanings, change our sheets and replace towels weekly, more upon request. The rooms are very nice and in the process of being remodeled, some which are already newly remodeled. As soon as a unit with a kitchen opened up, they promptly let us know and moved us in. They even helped us move our belongings. For them to be called not conpassionate is absolute nonsense! And Greg, Ive not seen one bug in the new unit. Sounds like you have a roach problem and put innocent people on. blast for no reason. I hope you read my review. To Pinecreat Inn and suites owner, you have a dream team running your facility and I think you should know that! I 100 percent recommend the stay here. The prices are unbeatable!

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Greg the employee/gm was a joy to work with. His customer service was top notch. I was able to park my truck and (BIG) trailer in their lot with Greg’s help and that was just the beginning. The rooms are awesome!! Two big beds, tons of room, a nice big night stand, microwave, big normal size fridge!! Every time I’m coming through flagstaff this will be the new stopping location. Come check it out for yourself!! Thanks again.

The rooms are nice but I do not like the disrespect from the property management and their spouseof being called a drug addict and dealer these false accusations are unacceptable I would not recommend this place for families

If I could give 100 stars i would! Awesome place! Owners CARE about their property! They remodeled the whole place themselves. The rooms are each unique. Beautiful tile work, huge walk in shower, handmade beautiful headboards, new flooring, paint, everything works as it should. Full size fridge and microwave, small dining table, and large dressers in our room. Walk in closet! (Are you kidding me!) King size bed. The room itself is giant, especially at the price point. You could easily spend 3 or 4 times as much to get the same quality of stay somewhere else. If you have any doubts...lay them aside and stay here! Great place! Easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants.
Most of my reviews are sweet and to the point, this is the longest review I've ever wrote, it's that great! Easily the best value ever.

The exterior was being painted and there was no door on our room when we arrived. We had to wait an hour for a door to be put on. The paint was still sticky and some pulled off every time we opened the door. ||The people who run this place are very nice and trying to make it better. But it is still an old property on a noisy street. Between the cars, the train, the thin walls, it is not a quiet place. Just know what you are getting.||The price is good, the beds are clean, the bathroom is clean. For one night it is adequate.||
