We picked up take-out food for lunch. The restaurant looked very clean, organized and welcoming. The people that worked there were very polite and helpful. The food was ready promptly. We got calamari and a crispy chicken BLT. The food was well prepared and tasted delicious. We were impressed and were very happy we stopped in.

I love this restaurant! The staff are always super friendly! Restaurant is always really clean! Food is always fresh and so yummy! Essence one of the employees always have a warm friendly smile which I look forward to seeing! The supervisor Wan is a gem as well! Totally recommend!

I love this restaurant. Every time I'm in Cleveland, this is definitely one of my first spots to stop. I love my Basil Pesto Pasta. I generally go to the Beach wood locations, but the last time there, the service sucked. Sometimes I really dislike dealing with teens and some young adults, they act as if your bothering them to DO THEIR job, and they don't listen so you have to tell them your order numerous times. I wish they would leave there earpods in there pocket.
The next location I tried when recently visiting Cleveland, was the South Euclid location. I loved the all around experience. They were very polite and tentative. They greeted us as we came in and was ready to take our order. Everything was correct and everyone was just so pleasant. Since I've fell in love with this franchise, I won't stop going, I'll just pay more attention to the time of day and location I choose to spend my money at.😉

Great space very clean ,.my 2nd visit ...but for me it's all about the BLT wrap ...I don't do the aoli mayo but did not need it . Parm dressing and excellent cheese ..trust it's sooo good .pasta was a lil too al dente ...but next day carbonara was 🔥 ..added corn ..enjoy🤤

Do not order or get the salads from here. They are full of the stems hardly any leafy part of the lettuce. Ordered a salad with spicy chicken .Received no chicken. Took it back.Got a couple pieces of chicken and alot of bread crumbs to cover up for the fact that there was hardly in chicken.Will never go here again. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt from last time I ate here and the food was not satisfactory. Never again

I was just really offended in this place. I came here at 938, and the place closes at 10 pm to get food for me and someone else. The guy told they were close to closing their no more pasta dishes being made. So I get a salad, then another guy comes in and they make him a pasta dish right after I paid for the little salad they're charging 10 buck for with nothing on it..I normally go to 81st store for my salad I see I should've went to night. Then I went back to ask the man why he gets a pasta dish I can. He said the dish I wanted wasn't available, but I'm watching the other guy get one made. I just walked out and made sure I'll never make the mistake of walking back in again. The other people were not even offering a reasonable explanation or nothing. One girl was talking on the phone, acting like she was cleaning. Never been treated that way. You're supposed to have a full menu until close is how normal customer service is supposed to go.
