Made reservation a week ahead to avoid problems. Flying out the next morning to hawaii. I get there and no reservation. The owners wife needs customers service skills or just not work the check-in desk. She tries to find a room and finally finds one and swore it was it was clean after she just call clean up in front of us to go clean it. I asked to see the room and she said NO. Said give me $57.40 and you can go see it. so I did, and the room was half fast cleaned, carpet dirty, bed was thrown together not done at all. bathroom floor dirty. The room reaked liked a old bowling alley bar. I saw enough and returned for a refund. She refused to give me my refund cause all of a sudden behind her this sign says NO REFUND! I swear that wasn't there. Then I demand my refund and she threatens to call the cops on me... I never been hustled by a business so bad and treated like I commited a crime. Then instead of making things better she has the nerve to tell me, "where you think you are a 5 star motel and laughed" WHAT!? I was tired and didn't feel like arguing and letting my kids seeing me fighting with this foreign lady that just took advantage of me. I gave up and spent the next hour cleaning my own room. This is not how a business should be ran. Take your time and do your research unlike I did and had to be mistreated and threaten to get cops called on me. I don't know how this place is running plus you treat people with kidness and service and this place has neither of them. KEEP LOOKING OR TRY IT YOURSELF and you'll be the next one writing this review.

I arrived here at 11pm from sky harbor and the owner gladly greeted me. This is an older motel, but my room was a nice size with a newer mattress, new carpet/toilet. Bathtub very old and worn. Fine for taking a shower though. $210 for weekly rate ($30 per day at the weekly rate), which was my deciding factor on staying here.Staff was wonderful. Light rail in walking distance and close to sky harbor. Has a Fridge, Microwave and cable TV. Snacks available for purchase. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to sleep and not so interested in the decor, then I would recommend this place.

I was working in New Mexico, but heading slowly, but surely toward the Phoenix area for work. Knowing that Phoenix would probably be the closest airport by the time work week was over I planned on flying out of that city. I found this motel's coupon in one of those truck stop/rest area motel coupon magazines. The rate of $29.95 a night along with the park/fly option were appealing.||||The appeal quickly diminished when I arrived at the motel. 5:30 P.M. and there wasn't a car in the parking lot. Then I had to ring a buzzer to get into the office because they obviously didn't feel safe leaving the door unlocked. The park/fly option turned out to be an extra fee and they had had absolutely no sort of secrue parking whatsoever. I was tired after working all day and then driving three hours to get there so I made the mistake of staying there.||||The room was filthy. The light switches probably hadn't been cleaned in 20-30 years. A child had used a red crayon on the nightstand, the TV, and 2 walls. On the walls there were two red "targets" that were approximately four feet in diameter. After getting filthy at work I was looking forward to taking a shower. It was all I could do to be in the shower since there was no hot water. The back window was open when I got to the room and the front door didn't seal well at all. It was really nice when a city street crew started working right outside the motel at about 1:00 A.M. and the lack of insulation meant I was awake for most of the rest of the night. Before going to bed I plugged in my phone charger and when I woke up my phone was dead because it turned out that the outlet didn't work. ||||As for the amenities...I'm not a big television watcher, but I did turn the thing on and found that were about 10 channels as opposed to the 50 I expected to see. The swimming pool, which is advertised on the coupon and on the sign outside the motel, had been filled in with dirt years ago. The coupon said there was dining within walking distance. There was one restaurant about 200 yards away, but no one in their right mind would walk there at night in that neighborhood. Other than that there was NO dining in the area. There were plenty of hookers and bums though. The only thing the neighborhood needed to make it complete was a bail bond office.||||One last thing that really annoyed me was that the lady working at the front desk was was really adamant about being paid with cash. She was amazed that I didn't carry cash with me. Apparently no one has bothered to inform her that this is the 21st century and cash transactions are pretty much a thing of the past. ||||Save yourself a LOT of trouble and avoid this place like the plague.||||I stay in a lot of motels because I'm on the road more than I'm at home. Yes, I've stayed in a few dumps in my time. But when I take everything into consideration this is easily the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, noisy, no hot water, terrible neighborhood.

Checked in for one night at first cuz everywhere else was booked. Wound up staying another two. The family that runs the motel was very kind, welcoming, & helpful. Room was clean, neat, everything worked. No bugs. No noise. Nothing sketchy. Not a fancy place but definitely comfortable, reliable, safe, friendly, & clean at a decent price. Enjoyed my stay!

Excellent stay in a great room! I was warmly greeted and they made sure I was taken care of. The exterior is well lit but what really made my trip was that they called me when I left an item in the room. It really warms the heart that there are good people out there still.

This place is run by a nice Indian (not native American) couple who are very helpful. They have weekly and monthly rates too. Some rooms are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The service is very good and the maids keep the rooms very clean. Highly recommended!

This motel was the worst one I've ever been to. The rooms are just terrible and the smell of the carpet is just disgusting. The lady at the reception was very eager to receive cash immediately and didn't want to refund when I left the motel 20min later. The whole area where the motel is located is a nightmare. Hookers and drug addicts walking around the parking lot and I saw blasted room doors right next to my room. I honestly think that all positive reviews here must be fake. You can impossibly like this place. Last but not least, for the value the motel offers the price of almost 60 USD per night is way overpriced!
