Search no more for a wonderful hotel!! Right off the freeway - with large, clean, and quiet rooms. Impressive hot breakfast, and friendly staff who explained everything to you upon check-in (with cookies). Also, pet-friendly! Elevator was always available along with trollies for easy luggage transport. Highly recommend and will stay here again when in the area.

This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and quiet, even when fully booked. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Common areas and facilities, including the impressive dog area, are impeccably clean.
Located conveniently near the freeway but without noise issues, it's perfect for travelers. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service makes this hotel stand out. I'll definitely stay here again when passing through.
Whether you're traveling with pets or just need a comfortable stay, this hotel is an excellent choice. Five stars, hands down!

Many of these privately held hotels are run on the cheap - cheap beds, sheets, horrible lighting, cheap plastic utensils and floppy paper plates at breakfast. Phoenix is AMAZING. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and I was very pleased with your property. Check in was pleasant - (of course this is OR). But super fast and nice, very clean room - and EVERYTHING worked - there were no cracks in the shower tiles, the shower curtain was in tact, no loose plumbing fixtures. Great temp control in the room. Breakfast was also very good - juices, eggs sausages, fresh fruit, donut holes!, coffee and a in a very pleasant room. It is obvious the owners take great pride in running the inn and it shows.

What a great place to stay I end up staying in Albany twice a year when I show dogs and this is the best place I found to stay. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are great. I really enjoyed the facilities and the morning breakfast is fabulous. The front desk person. Cassie was great. She was very helpful and very friendly. I must say if you are going to be staying in Albany this is the place to stay

We were Leary about staying here due to the outside looking so ghetto and scary. But when we arrived we were beyond pleased with our welcome. It is very pleasant and nice inside very clean. This made our stay very restful. We got the single king bed room, which was also very clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were also clean and functional. Our host was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was also a must have! Very spacious and delicious. All around a great stay! If this hotel got the outside up to par it would be a very appealing pleasant stay. A big thanks to our host, with dark hair and glasses wish we got her name.

I had a good stay. The price was rather high even for the suite ($300/night), and I didn't enjoy the breakfast much, but the room was quiet and comfortable and the Staff was very friendly. Instructions on how to operate the jets on the jacuzzi were not provided and I didn't figure it out until check out the following morning, but overall it was a good stay and I'm mostly satisfied with it.

Well, the staff is friendly, and the rooms were pretty clean, the smelly chemical based diffuser in the lobby, fill the entire hotel with a strong perfume. This ruined, what was otherwise an OK stay. My mom and I both woke up with puffy eyes, and could not use the breakfast area due to the smell. One night, the person at the front desk had it off, and we were so grateful. We had a very good night sleep that night. Even with windows open, it was hard to lose the perfume. 30 to 40% of people are allergic or have trouble with chemical sense. The hotel should know better.
