My relative is currently at Phoebe. The 2nd floor day staff and traveling nurses. You guys rock.
I’m writing this as I sit next to them and I’m so glad I stayed. This 2nd floor night staff is horrible. My relative buzzed them an hour and a half ago. A nurse answered and said he would be here in a few minutes. (1 1/2 later we are still no nurse). She is a fall risk and the evening nurse with the teal head wrap not only turned it off when she helped during the shift switch, she never came in to do the checks during the blood transfusion and she only responded when the call button was pressed even though they machine was beeping. She just peeked in and I informed her my relative buzzed long ago. I took her to the bathroom. Of coarse they didn’t know because the bed was off. This is the sign hanging in the room. We understand busy but when I peeped out the door people were at the desk. #whatifiwasnthere 😔

Went to Phoebe this morning for a minor procedure and everyone was great! They were fast and thorough. Went in at 5:45 and I was totally done at around 930. The nurses were very friendly and the Doctors were great. They kept my caretaker in the loop and they explained everything in the simplest of ways. It was very organized!

The staff was kind, courteous, and attended to my needs as they were able to. My medical team was very professional and respectful. One of the patient care ladies did not assist me with my shower, on the day of my discharge. She was very nonchalant with her bedside manners. Other than that I had an awesome stay at Phoebe Putney Hospital.

I can't give this any stars for the Emergency Room! I was rushed in for chest pains. I came by ambulance and I was taken from the Ambulance to the waiting room, sat there for 4 hours and not a damn thing!
That Emergency room, had packed , with people and the whole damn family! Leave your family at home. You would think you would keep your lobby nice and clean, this was the nastiest hospital I have ever been in . Phoebe you need to be better and clean that nasty area up!
Limit your damn people to the people that need service. Not the entire family! It was disgusting

I gotten snake bitten, flown to Phoebe, awesome team of wound Drs and nurses. I found out I am allergic to snake venom, they received the amount of antivenom and really concerned and great staff and the response from all of them. The wound Drs received approval for Hyperbaric Chamber for wound healing, everyone in family, hospital staff and wound staff visually seen the amazing healing with God's healing and this. I will recommend this hospital and the Wound Dr's.

Kim in the ER is so rude. I asked her how to get to the ER bc mind you they adding on the hospital and certain areas were closed off. She told me and then hung up. Didn't say bye or nothing. Didn't wait to see if I had other questions, which I did. Just foolish and disrespectful. This hospital suck‼️If you can, go to Cordele or Tifton. Usually we go to Dothan for our medical needs. I'll wait until in the morning & opt for convenient care. They need to build that hospital in Leesburg & shut everything Phoebe down🎯

I went to the hospital today for chest pain. They worried bout my blood pressure. I am too however, If I tell you I'm hurting I'm hurting I'm not about to lie about how I feel, plus nobody can tell me what I feel either. These ppl had made it so hard for people that are really sick and really hurting until these places act like you are telling a lie. I went in at 3:46 am today and stayed 8 hours for a Tylenol and 1 shot of morphine because they said they were waiting on a room to put me in because my BP was up so high. If my BP has not went down treat the pain and the blood pressure as well. I have been to other hospitals and never was treated like this. If I could give this hospital a negative star I would. The little lunch they brought me was cold as ice I threw that away. I had to wait 2 to 3 hours for a wrist band. The nurses looking at me stupid nope that's on you guys. I'm the patient.I had to ask can I have anything to eat and the little nurse didn't know anything. I tell her I'm in pain she come in let me ask the doctor ... It took 3 hours for that Dr to come see me when I wanted to leave due to the pain and that's when they gave me that 1 shot of morphine . But after I told my nurse I'm still in pain she still didn't know what to do. I have an nephrologist and neither one of them was contacted about my conditions at all I had to call them to let them know that. I would rather stay home and hurt before I got back to this hospital I don't even want the ambulance to take me there. I would rather drive out of the county before going back there. I would never recommend this hospital to nobody. They built this glass ER and the staff and nurses and doctors are the same but charge the world out of your insurance and half care for you. And noooo I don't want that number to call to complain because Phoebe is not going to do anything but push it under a rug. This hospital is not for the sick. Go to another hospital.

I can NOT brag enough about our experience at this hospital!! I mean from the start with the ER receptionists, trauma, ER, the floor nurses,the techs, the lab people and I sincerelymean every last one! The cardiologist team and every single person that we dealt with was genuine, they cared and went over beyond for my husband and my self! This has been the best stay and treatment at a hospital that we have ever received and I can’t thank this hospital and these people enough! Stephanie and Clint Spivey
