Plateau Forest Products hosted a pre-game Oregon Duck tailgating party and had it catered by Philyaw's Cookout & Catering. The whole process was seamless, very professional and the food was out of this world! Diehard BBQ fans were blown away by the taste and quality of the meat and sides. Exceptional people, exceptional service and exceptional food!

Philyaws catered our wedding last week and I cannot say enough about how delicious this food was. The appetizers were phenomenal, the brisket is so good it is all anyone could talk about! Beautiful salads, mac’n cheese, every single thing was delicious.

Dino, Angela, and the Philyaw's staff are great!!
Philyaw's catered our wedding, during COVID, and we could not have been happier. Dino and Angela are ultra responsive, professional, and kind. The food was FANTASTIC, everyone at our event raved about it. We went went with Brisket (so tender) and the pulled pork (very flavorful) and their Mac-N-Cheese and garlic mashed potatoes. It was all DELICIOUS!! Everyone at our wedding raved about how the great food was.
Dino and his staff were also very flexible and professional through all of the craziness that our vendor threw at them on the day of wedding. We had an idea about how the service would look, and our venue changed things completely, at the last minute. Dino and his crew made it work and stayed positive and friendly the whole time.
There is no reason to look at any other catering service. If you like BBQ meat and you want friendly and professional service, Philyaw's Cookout & Catering, is the only way to go!!

We had Philyaw's cater my Dad's Surprise 70th Birthday and it was amazing BBQ. I lived in the South and this barbecue, the brisket ,the chicken and the pork were all dynamite. Not to mention the Black eyed peas and the baked beans. Wow! Highly recommend! Also make sure you ask for Jill as your bartender. She was awesome.

Philyaw's catered our wedding. They were so much fun to work with and did an incredible job. The food was absolutely amazing. The hardest part about working with them was choosing which dishes were our favorite. It was all so good! Our guests are still raving about the food at our wedding. And the staff was so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate everybody. They are my first choice for any event I need catering.

Philyaw's catered my daughter's wedding reception in September. They showed up at the time scheduled and were great to work with. The meat choices and side dishes were all amazing. There was plenty of food for everyone and we had leftovers. Everyone loved the food. I would definitely recommend Philyaw's.

They are the caterers supporting our wildfire incident here in Oregon. This has been, hands down, the best food on any wildfire I have ever had!! They have been very easy to work with and amazingly flexible. They have made this incident outstanding. Thank you Dino, Reggie, and Will for excellent food to keep the fireline morale up all day! Grilled stakes, smoked ribs and chicken, grilled kababs, homemade meatballs the size of baseballs with spaghetti! Best food on a wildfire! Thank you for keeping up morale at the fire camp! I first had Philyaw's BBQ at a wedding in Roseburg this past summer and it was outstanding, I then decided to use them to caterer our tailgates on two different occasions for Oregon football games. I consider myself a BBQ Connoisseur and let me tell you their BBQ Pork is to die for, everyone at our tailgate raves about their BBQ Pork and the sliced Brisket. The owner Dino is all about service and their crew did a great job servicing our events. I highly recommend Philyaw's Cookout & Catering.
