A great organization! Volunteers do their best to keep it running smoothly! Please do whatever you can to keep the gleaner program and the other programs that PCS manages going well! One of their most vital roles is taking food that might otherwise get thrown away and go to waste and distributing it to those who need it! Please support them in any way you can!

I love being a volunteer at PCS! Wonderful community - both clients and volunteers. I moved here a few years ago and being involved with PCS makes me feel at home. Stop in if you need services or want to volunteer at the Food Bank, Kids Closet, Gleaners and/or Lupe’s Community Garden.

The Philomath Food Bank is filled with Earth Angels 😇 who have blessed and touched the lives of me and my family for years. The distance they go.to assist the community alone is priceless but the breath of fresh air they provide for the elderly truly is above and beyond. Thank you for caring for the people of our town. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.

Many many years of huge hearted people, giving their time, caring for your needs, and truly pull it together to make sure you eat tonight. I myself rely on there donations to supplement a meal or 2...maybe more! A blessing to have so close to home.

Since under new management the rules have changed. You were able to shop once a month per child, it didn't matter if it was two different days. Now new management only let's you shop one day a month and you have to shop for both kids the same day. I can't shop for both of my kids in one day if they aren't both with me. Now they only let a certain amount of people shop at one time. If too many people, you have to wait outside til someone leaves. I do wish the old management team was back. This new group of people aren't very friendly.
