I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Josh during my recent visit to the Peter Allen Inn, and I can honestly say he made the entire dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, Josh greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile that set the tone for the evening. His attention to detail was impeccable – he was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful suggestions and pairing recommendations that elevated our meal.

Not only did Josh provide excellent service, but he also had a natural ability to make us feel at home, ensuring that our glasses were always full and checking in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. His sense of humor and genuine interest in our experience truly made us feel like we were dining with a friend.

It’s clear Josh is passionate about his work, and his dedication to creating a memorable experience is unmatched. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in for an exceptional time. The Peter Allen Inn is lucky to have such a stellar team member, and I look forward to returning for another round of fantastic service from Josh!

What an awesome experience. The food was incredible and the staff was friendly. Lived here over 3 years and first time going and will definitely go back. Bottomless mimosas were the best!!

We had an lovely Valentine's Day dinner at the Inn. We asked for an early seating at 5pm so there was no crowd. When we left at 7, the parking lot and dining room were both full. The Inn had a special holiday menu but we ordered from the menu. Appetizers, entrees, dessert and coffee. Our server, Christina, was excellent and added to the evening. Food arrived as ordered and it was excellent. Steaks were done to order which was a pleasant occurance.
We shared a dessert. My espresso was a bit thin but ended the evening on a strong note.
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had since moving to NE Ohio. Beautiful venue. Great service. Wonderful food.
On the down side, the parking lot was like a skating rink, covered with a layer of ice. I was really concerned with getting from the car to the inn. I don't know what they were thinking.

We came here for the veteran's appreciation lunch. It was quite crowded and there were only a couple of servers. We had the pleasure of having Becky as our server. She was wonderful and pleasant. The food was spectacular, and the atmosphere was very nice. Great drink selection as well. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back.

I used the Inn to host a baby shower, and I was not disappointed! They were affordable, friendly, convenient, and easy to work with. Megan was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this venue and I will be back, if it's ever needed! Thank you to the staff that worked my event.

This review is limited to the special events and customer service for special events only. I am very impressed with the restaurant quality, atmosphere and customer service so this review in no way is representative of those factors. As far as the special events, the business is quite lacking in customer service, coordination and event ticket processing. I signed up for my husband and I to attend a special event on March 15, 2025 verbally where they handwrote our names. When a family emergency happened and our believed pet of over 11 years was being euthanized, I called several times on the day of the event to advise I was cancelling. I understood there may be a cost to us. The people I spoke with were curt, uncaring and difficult. They did not know what the cost may be or do they could even email or text me a receipt. They called me later in the day and left a disgustingly cold message about my "friend" and I needing to pay $60 for failure to attend. Keep in mind the event cost was $50/person. I called back and was placed on hold and told them would take my payment over the phone with a credit card but could not confirm if they would give me a receipt. For me trying to do the right thing morally to notify them if our failure to attend has turned into a longer than necessary drawn out process on a weekend that we are focusing on our poor beloved pets life and death. Despicable!!!!!? By the way, as I told the person yesterday I will call again today to pay and hope you have an answer to my receipt question. In the technology age of Square, eventbrite etc. this is unacceptable. The poor customer service and uncaring attitudes are unappreciated.

Ordered the Prime Rib meal and it was delicious! I love that they make items and dressings in house. Also! It was my parents anniversary and they gave them this dessert which was a mini chocolate cup filled with chocolate mousse cake. It was so cute!!
